Today’s episode starts with a tense situation at the Shah house. The doctor tells everyone that there’s no need to call the police. He reveals that Raghav had been on medication earlier but stopped taking it in between. The doctor says Kartik sent him to check on Raghav, but Anupama clarifies that she was the one who called Kartik. He then prepares to examine Raghav. Leela suggests giving Raghav an injection, but Anupama stops her. Raghav becomes emotional and begs Anupama not to send him away again. He promises to work and behave. Seeing his emotional state, Anupama is deeply moved.
At the Kothari mansion, Aryan behaves arrogantly. He claims that all the comforts and wealth of the Kotharis belong to him. He rudely demands juice and insults the staff. Rahi tells him to behave and reminds him that while he has suffered in the past, it doesn’t give him the right to treat others poorly. Rahi tries to bond with Aryan and hopes for a united, happy family. Gautam sees this and becomes nervous. He fears that Aryan and Rahi growing closer could be a threat to him. Prarthana says only Rahi can handle Aryan, but Gautam angrily shuts her down and secretly plans to separate Aryan, Rahi, and Prem.
Back at the Shahs, Anupama questions Raghav. She asks what triggered his violent outburst and who hurt him. Raghav silently points towards Parag’s photo, shocking Anupama. Ansh notices Anupama’s expression and begins to suspect a connection between Raghav and Parag.
Meanwhile, at the temple, Vasundhara makes a vow. She says that if Prem and Rahi return home safely, she will donate a gold necklace to God. Aryan, however, manipulates the situation by getting the Kotharis to pray in place of Prem and Rahi. Aryan continues his evil plans, aiming to take away Prem’s rights and turn the family against him.
Anupama asks Khyati to assist Leela. Leela taunts that Vasundhara might not like Khyati being brought home, but Anupama stands firm. She says Khyati will live with them no matter what Vasundhara thinks. Khyati agrees to help at “Anu Ki Rasoi,” but Leela objects and seems to have her own thoughts about Raghav.
At the Kothari house, Vasundhara plans to give Aryan his own room. She discusses it with Anil. Meanwhile, Rahi shows her support for Khyati, but Vasundhara scolds her and says she’s acting like her mother. Rahi becomes worried that Parag and Khyati might meet again.
Elsewhere, Pari updates Anupama about Ishani. She tells her that Ishani has fallen into the wrong company. Anupama becomes concerned and decides to talk to Ishani herself. At the same time, Aryan takes Prem’s usual seat at the dinner table. Parag quietly misses Khyati. Rahi and Prem talk about how much they miss Khyati and want things to go back to how they used to be.
Leela questions Mahi about her whereabouts. Mahi tells her that Meeta is starting a jewelry business and Rahi has invited her to be a part of it. Leela warns her to stay away from Prem and Rahi. Meanwhile, Pakhi is worried about Ishani, who is out partying with a bad group of friends.
Vasundhara stops Prem and Rahi from visiting Anupama’s house. She says that Parag will be angry if they go there, especially since Khyati is staying with Anupama. But to everyone’s surprise, Parag allows them to go. Later, Aryan expresses interest in joining the family business — not to help, but to slowly take it over. He tries to manipulate Parag to support him.
The episode ends with Raghav apologizing to Anupama. He says he regrets his actions. Anupama advises him to keep his anger in check and not increase her worries. She then introduces him to Khyati. Raghav looks at Khyati and tries to remember who she is.
