Today’s episode begins with high drama at the Kothari house. Vasundhara questions Prem, asking if he’s really going to abandon her because of Khyati. But Prem reminds her that even she has made mistakes. He says if Khyati can give up his son for him, then he too is ready to leave the house for her. Vasundhara insists that the issue is between Khyati and Parag, but Prem makes it clear that he stands with Khyati now. Parag angrily declares that since Khyati is his wife, he has every right to punish her. Vasundhara is shocked by Prem’s sudden change, but Prem explains that since Khyati always stood by him, he won’t turn his back on her now. Anupama supports him, saying that Khyati’s role as a mother has won today.
Parag then says that if Prem and Rahi also leave the house, they will never be allowed back. Vasundhara begs Parag to stop them, but he stays silent. Prem and Rahi prepare to leave. Khyati tries to stop them, but Prem doesn’t listen. Parag says that he now has only one son—Aryan. Prarthana pleads with him to stop Prem, Rahi, and Khyati. Anupama thinks about her past with Vanraj and warns Parag that he is making a big mistake. She says that one day, if any of the Kothari family’s secrets come out, they will be left begging for forgiveness. Still, Parag and Vasundhara pay no attention to her words.
Elsewhere, Pakhi confronts Ishani about a cigarette box she found. Ansh and Pari try to defend Ishani, but Ishani boldly admits that the box is hers. She says she’s going to live life her way now, and Pakhi can’t control her anymore.
At the same time, Raghav is seen at the market. He comes across Parag’s photo and becomes emotional. Raghav says Parag ruined his life, and in a fit of rage, he gets beaten up by some shopkeepers. Still, he vows revenge and promises to make Parag pay.
Back at the Shah house, Pakhi worries about Ishani. Kinjal points out that just like Pakhi once disrespected Anupama, Ishani is now doing the same. Ansh and Pari are stunned to learn that Ishani smokes. Paritosh tells Pakhi to handle Ishani before she influences other kids in the family. Leela bluntly tells Pakhi to either take control of Ishani or leave the house herself. Pakhi is left shocked and speechless.
Meanwhile, Khyati pleads with Anupama to take Prem and Rahi with her. Anupama agrees and offers them a place to stay. When Vasundhara hears this, she sarcastically says she knew Anupama wouldn’t miss this chance.
At the Shah home, everyone is worried about Ishani. Hasmuk says addictions can ruin lives and expresses concern for her. Anupama soon arrives home with Prem, Rahi, and Khyati. Leela asks why they are there. Anupama becomes emotional and breaks down in front of the family.
At the Kothari mansion, Parag also becomes emotional. Vasundhara comforts him, and Aryan joins them to offer support. Meanwhile, Gautam secretly plans to throw Aryan out. At Anupama’s house, Khyati is deep in thought about Parag and starts crying. Prem tries to support her and feels sorry for how he treated her in the past. Khyati consoles him, and Rahi also feels sympathy for her.
Aryan returns to the Kothari home and is welcomed back. However, Gautam warns Aryan and silently promises to ruin his plans.
Later, Prem asks Khyati to forgive him. Khyati reassures him and supports him emotionally. Prem lovingly calls Khyati his “mother.” Anupama promises Khyati that she will help reunite her with her family. Khyati is grateful and thanks Anupama for everything.
Elsewhere, Anil tries to comfort Parag. Aryan is determined to stay in the house and take control. He swears never to leave.
Toward the end of the episode, Anupama tells Khyati to perform the prayer ritual. But Vasundhara wants Parag and Aryan to do it instead. Anupama prays to God to bring peace and set things right.
