The episode begins with Anupama gently explaining to Rahi and Prem that Khyati needs time to heal emotionally. She reminds them that while their support is important, Khyati also needs space right now. Anupama then encourages them to return home, adding that just like Khyati, Parag too is struggling and needs them.
Prem, however, is too overwhelmed and refuses to go back. Hasmuk steps in and reminds everyone that men may not always show their emotions, but they feel pain too—and they also cry. Leela offers her support and assures Prem and Rahi that the family will take good care of Khyati. Anupama then gently reminds Rahi of her responsibilities towards the Kothari family as well. She suggests that they can visit Khyati daily, but they must return home and not neglect their duties to others.
Hearing all this, Rahi begins to understand Anupama’s point and agrees to return. Prem follows her lead.
Back at the Kothari house, Vasundhara is delighted to see Prem and Rahi back. Gautam, however, can’t resist making a sarcastic remark, noting how they had left as if they were never coming back. Vasundhara guesses that Anupama must have been the one who persuaded them to return, and says this proves just how important she is to both Prem and Rahi. Rahi clarifies that they had left only because Khyati needed them.
But Gautam taunts them again, implying they should go back to their “stepmother.” This upsets Prem, who firmly tells him that the house belongs to Parag, and he won’t tolerate any insults toward his mother.
Meanwhile, Anupama sees Raghav, who is deeply disturbed and emotional. He starts talking about Parag in a strange, uncontrollable way—saying he wants to kill him. Anupama is shocked by this sudden change in Raghav’s behavior and begins to wonder what has triggered him so badly.
Later, Leela scolds Anupama for going to meet Raghav alone. Hasmuk asks if something happened, and Anupama explains that Raghav is emotionally triggered, which is why he’s reacting so violently. But Leela dismisses Raghav as being unstable. Paritosh also warns Anupama that it’s not safe to give shelter to someone like Raghav.
Soon, the neighbors gather and confront Anupama. They demand that she send Raghav away immediately or else they’ll be forced to call the police. In the midst of all the tension, Raghav faints. Hasmuk once again tells Anupama that she must think practically and consider the safety of everyone.
Anupama is torn—while she knows everyone is worried, her heart doesn’t allow her to abandon Raghav in such a vulnerable state. She decides not to send him away alone, even though she understands the risk.
Elsewhere, Prem and Rahi decide to stay back in the Kothari house. Vasundhara tells Anil that she’s happy they’ve returned and the family is slowly coming together.
Back at home, Anupama tends to an unwell Khyati. Khyati, filled with guilt, says her sickness feels like punishment for betraying both Aryan and Parag. Anupama comforts her and tells her to focus on her recovery. Khyati is pleasantly surprised when she learns that Prem and Rahi have returned to the Kothari home—it gives her a bit of peace.
Later, Prem goes to Parag and sincerely asks for forgiveness—not just for himself, but also for Khyati. But Parag, still deeply hurt by Khyati’s betrayal, refuses. Aryan overhears the conversation and declares that if Khyati returns to the house, he will leave. Parag reassures him that he will not bring Khyati back, keeping Aryan’s feelings in mind.
Elsewhere, Kinjal is seen counting money, visibly stressed. Paritosh asks her what’s wrong, and Kinjal admits she’s worried about her company’s financial condition. She also shares her concern for Pari’s future. Despite the pressure, Kinjal reassures Paritosh that they will somehow manage to send Pari to Canada. Paritosh warns her not to take any wrong steps for the sake of Pari’s dream.
The episode ends with Prem feeling joyful about reconnecting with Parag. However, he’s still deeply concerned about Khyati. Rahi encourages him to take the next step and reunite the entire family. Hearing her words, Prem asks Rahi for her full support in making this happen.
