Anupama insists Rahi eat something, but Rahi, still weak from the hospital, refuses. “We need to be strong for Prem,” Anupama reminds her. Rahi snaps angrily but soon regrets it. Guilt makes her finally eat, and she asks Anupama to join. Meanwhile, Mohit calls the hospital, making Rahi suspicious. He claims hospitals check missing persons lists. When Anupama accuses him of abandoning Prem, Mohit lies smoothly, convincing Rahi he tried to help. Rahi believes him, but Anupama stays doubtful.
Mohit grows careful around Anupama and Khyati. Finding his bags searched, he confronts Khyati, who calls him a fraud. “Don’t you dare hurt Prem!” she warns. Mohit storms off angrily. Elsewhere, Raghav learns about Prem from Hasmuk. Watching a video, he realizes Prem fought criminals – shocking Hasmuk. Meanwhile, Anupama serves tea to the Kotharis. “We must share each other’s pain,” she tells Parag. As they wait, Rahi keeps searching for Prem.
Prem finally returns, but Rahi scolds him for ignoring calls. Meeta, Anil and others crowd around worriedly. Exhausted, Prem asks for water. “Where were you all night?” Parag demands. Prem looks confused. “I… don’t remember.” Rahi spots blood on his shirt, but Prem says he’s not hurt. Suddenly he screams, frustrated by his memory gaps. Anupama suggests he freshen up.
Helping Prem change, Rahi hears his hazy recollections – a fight with boys, his car near a cliff. Before she can process this, police arrive and arrest Prem for murder. A grieving couple accuses him of killing their son Ashish. “Show us proof!” Anupama demands while Parag defends Prem, but police insist he must come. Overwhelmed, Rahi faints.
Leela immediately blames Prem. Mahi first defends him, then attacks Rahi: “She’s bad luck!” Pari worries about Rahi’s condition. Through it all, Rahi stands firm: “Prem is innocent!” Anupama comforts her, urging strength. They prepare to investigate – until Vasundhara blocks their way.
