The episode begins with Rahi confronting Khyati, revealing that she knows the truth about Mohit. Khyati is shocked when Rahi adds that Prem also knows the truth and has already withdrawn the legal case. Khyati feels betrayed and accuses Rahi of digging up painful memories from her past. She demands to know what Rahi gained by dragging Prem into it. Rahi responds that neither of them gained anything by staying silent and urges Khyati to reunite with Aryan. Khyati’s brother steps in, saying Aryan deserves a mother’s love and it’s time to stop running from the truth. Rahi tries to encourage Khyati to reconnect with her son, but when she tries to hug Aryan, he coldly pushes her away.
Later, Anupama checks on Khyati and speaks to Aryan, questioning why he has cut off his mother. She pleads with him to at least hear Khyati out. But Aryan refuses, saying he wants nothing to do with her anymore. He ends all ties with her then and there. Afterward, Anupama gently tells Khyati that if she’s ready, she can share her story—and no matter what, she’ll have their support. Encouraged, Khyati opens up about her past. She says that after marrying Parag, both Prem and Prarthana didn’t accept her. When Prem finally started to accept her, she didn’t want to confuse things by bringing Aryan into the middle. Since Prem was still struggling to accept her completely, she chose to distance herself from Aryan. She also shares that Prem wrongly blamed her for Gayatri’s death, thinking her actions led to Gayatri’s suicide. This guilt made her feel like she failed as a mother.
Anupama encourages her to speak the truth to the entire family. Both Anupama and Rahi promise to support her no matter how difficult things get. Khyati is still scared of how the Kotharis will react, but she agrees. Meanwhile, Leela asks Hasmuk to go to Anu Ki Rasoi to buy some spices, but warns him not to speak to Raghav or Jhanki while he’s there. Hasmuk, irritated, tells her to go get them herself.
Later, Anupama arrives at the Kothari home with Khyati and Rahi. As they’re about to enter, Parag stops Khyati at the door. Anupama urges him to let her in, but Parag refuses to listen. Rahi tries to explain that Aryan told Parag a version of the truth that wasn’t complete. She also asks Prem to listen. But Parag gets furious and says Khyati kept Aryan away from him all these years. He shares the hurt of being a father who was ignored and left out. Aryan sides with Parag and supports his father’s anger. Parag tells Khyati he will never forgive her and demands that she leave.
Rahi tries to reason with Parag and begs him to understand the truth. Meanwhile, Prem steps in and accuses Khyati of being the reason Gayatri ended her life. But Rahi strongly defends her and says Gayatri didn’t die because of Khyati. She challenges Prem to ask the real questions—not just to Khyati, but to Vasundhara, Parag, or even Anil. Prem is left speechless.
