The episode begins with Suraj feeling completely broken and hopeless. Mishka’s constant lies and dirty games have worn him down, leaving him emotionally exhausted. He sits alone, staring into space, burdened by the never-ending attacks on his dignity and peace. But Deepa, ever supportive and brave, refuses to let him sink into sorrow. She walks up to Suraj and gently places her hand on his shoulder, offering him words of strength. She reminds him that he is not alone—that she, along with the entire family, believes in him and will stand by him no matter what. Deepa encourages him to rise above the pain and fight back with truth and courage. Her words give Suraj a new sense of determination, and for the first time in days, a spark of hope appears in his eyes.
Just then, Shona and Rupa come in, holding colorful scarves and playing cheerful music. Seeing that Suraj is still struggling to smile, they decide to lift his mood in their own special way. The two girls begin dancing in front of him, twirling and laughing as they try to bring back the warmth into the house. They pull Suraj up and drag him into the dance. At first, Suraj hesitates—but seeing their innocent efforts and Deepa’s hopeful gaze, he finally smiles and joins in. The three of them dance together, and for a brief moment, happiness fills the air again. The entire family watches them with teary eyes, grateful for this small but powerful moment of joy.
Meanwhile, far away from all the celebration, Mishka is busy hatching another wicked plan. Her obsession with Suraj has gone beyond limits, and now she is ready to cross any boundary to get to him. Even though she’s supposed to be under watch, she finds a way to manipulate the situation once again. She creates a fake identity and pretends to be a sick patient. With help from corrupt sources, Mishka gets herself admitted to the hospital where Suraj works, hiding behind a patient’s gown, mask, and a fake name.
Suraj, unaware of her plan, is called to examine the new patient. As soon as he steps into the room, his eyes meet Mishka’s. Shock and anger hit him all at once. “You again?” he says, his voice filled with disbelief and rage. Mishka smiles calmly, pretending nothing is wrong. She acts weak and helpless, playing her role like a professional actor. She hands him a legal document and says it’s urgent. Suraj reads the paper and feels his blood boil. It’s a bond paper that names him as the father of her child. She wants him to sign it—to officially accept her fake pregnancy and all the lies she has built around it.
Suraj looks at her with pure disgust. His hands tremble in anger. He clenches the paper tightly and then tears it into pieces right in front of her eyes. “How dare you!” he shouts. “I will not let you destroy my name and my family with your madness!” Nurses and other hospital staff stand frozen at the doorway, unsure how to react.
As Suraj walks out, Mishka sits back with a devilish smile. For her, the drama has only just begun. She’s already planning her next move, refusing to give up her twisted mission.
