Today’s episode of Bhagya Lakshmi begins with a heavy sense of unease and secrets on the verge of being exposed. Shanaya gives Malishka a veiled warning, hinting that something is happening behind her back. She subtly suggests that Malishka is about to discover the truth—that Rishi’s heart may no longer belong to her, but to Lakshmi. Though Malishka doesn’t immediately react, the idea unsettles her, and doubt begins to creep into her thoughts.
Meanwhile, Rishi wants to open up to Lakshmi. He starts talking about something he’s been keeping from her and asks if she would still believe in him if he told her the truth.
“Will you still trust me if I say I’ve kept something from you?”
Lakshmi is puzzled and tries to understand what he’s getting at. But just as the conversation gets serious, her phone rings—it’s the hospital nurse.
Lakshmi walks away to answer the call, already feeling nervous. The nurse informs her that the DNA results are ready. Lakshmi’s hands begin to shake slightly as the nurse reveals the reports have already been sent to the Oberoi Mansion. These results will finally prove who the real father of Malishka’s baby is. Lakshmi, overwhelmed with mixed emotions—nervousness, fear, and a small spark of hope—thanks the nurse.
At the same time, Shanaya watches Lakshmi closely. She wants to know exactly what Lakshmi is up to. As Lakshmi walks off, clearly worried but trying to keep calm, she accidentally bumps into someone.
It turns out to be Anushka, who has quietly entered the mansion for Ayush’s sake. Anushka quickly hides her face, trying not to be seen by Lakshmi. Though she manages to stay unnoticed for now, her unexpected visit might soon cause bigger trouble in the Oberoi household.
With secrets ready to explode and tensions running high, things begin heating up. Will Lakshmi get to the DNA report before anyone else? Is Malishka prepared for the shocking truth? And will Rishi finally be honest about what’s in his heart?
Later, Lakshmi softly asks Rishi not to be upset with her. She tries to comfort him and make peace. Rishi acts childishly, and to lift his mood, Lakshmi sings a sweet song. He can’t help but smile and pulls her into a warm hug. Meanwhile, the family is busy getting ready for Ayush and Shalu’s Mehendi ceremony. The mood turns light and fun.
Ayush and Harleen engage in playful banter. Ayush complains that all pre-wedding events are focused on the bride and the groom is left out. Harleen laughs and suggests he attend everything, even a bachelor party. Ayush, however, says he’s canceled the bachelor party, but he surprises them by revealing he has called some special dancers.
Anchal teases him and tells him to stop whining and get ready for the Mehendi. Ayush insists he wants to feel special too. Just then, he starts thinking about Shalu, and to his delight, she walks in. He beams with joy upon seeing her and compliments her look. Harleen jokingly tells him to behave and pities Shalu, asking her to keep Ayush in check.
Shalu walks over to Lakshmi. Lakshmi decides to call the nurse again and is told the DNA reports have arrived and are on the way to the mansion. The nurse advises her to collect the report and find out the baby’s real father. Lakshmi expresses her gratitude.
However, Shanaya secretly overhears this call and rushes to share the news with Malishka. Meanwhile, Rishi again tries to speak with Lakshmi and asks if she would be okay knowing he’s been hiding something. Shanaya urges Malishka to stick close to Rishi. Malishka feels secure, believing Rishi won’t leave her.
But Shanaya challenges that thought. She insists that Rishi has emotionally drifted from Malishka and is more connected to Lakshmi now. She warns Malishka that she may soon lose him if she doesn’t act fast. Malishka is shaken. Shanaya also tells her about overhearing Lakshmi talking about some “reports.” Malishka, however, doesn’t think Lakshmi has any hidden plan. Just then, Kiran comes in and mentions that Neelam’s test reports have arrived. Malishka tells Shanaya to relax, and she agrees.
Lakshmi, meanwhile, turns to Rishi and asks what he’s trying to say. He replies that he feels she is hiding something. Their conversation ends abruptly when Harleen calls Rishi away. Lakshmi then tells Shalu that the DNA reports are finally on the way. Shalu is thrilled and hopes everything will turn out well. Ayush notices their happy mood and walks over to hug Shalu. Shalu, feeling shy, hides behind Lakshmi. Ayush playfully asks for a hug while Lakshmi laughs.
Anchal and Harleen ask Rishi to call the dancers and find out why they’re late. Rishi cracks a joke, and the room is filled with laughter. Ayush and Shalu begin to argue like a typical couple. Lakshmi, smiling, leaves them to enjoy their moment.
Suddenly, Anushka appears again. She spots Ayush and seems focused only on him. As she moves ahead, she accidentally bumps into Lakshmi but quickly hides before being seen. It’s clear that Anushka is here to stir serious trouble for the Oberoi family.
Malishka then finds Rishi and brings up how things have changed between them. She asks why they aren’t living like they used to. Rishi seems unsure and asks what she means. Malishka accuses him of no longer valuing their relationship. She reminds him of the love they once shared, but Rishi tells her they should focus on the present.
Shalu, excited, talks about getting a beautiful Mehendi design. She also wants to dance before anything else. Rano tells her to sit down and get her Mehendi first. Shalu insists on dancing. Anchal requests Rano to let Shalu enjoy. Meanwhile, Malishka asks Rishi again if he still misses their love and old relationship. Rishi firmly clears her confusion.
Just then, Neelam arrives and overhears them. She questions Rishi about his feelings for Lakshmi. She warns him not to break family rules and urges him to speak the truth once and for all.
