The episode starts with Malishka secretly stealing Rishi’s money. Meanwhile, Lakshmi and Shalu are on a mission to retrieve Lakshmi’s phone from Malishka’s room. They sneak in and spot the phone on the table. After quickly unlocking it, they discover something shocking, but before Malishka notices, they hurry to place the phone back on the bed. Malishka walks in, picks up the phone, and leaves the room unaware of the intrusion.
Outside, Malishka tells the driver to wait and drives off alone. Lakshmi and Shalu decide to follow her in their car. Meanwhile, Rishi, fresh out of the shower, notices that one lakh rupees is missing from his belongings. He questions Ayush, who denies taking it, leaving both of them puzzled about who the thief could be.
As Malishka drives, she notices a car tailing her. Lakshmi, suspicious, tells Shalu that Malishka is deceiving everyone and that they need solid evidence to expose her. To confirm if she’s being followed, Malishka takes a sharp turn, only to accidentally crash into a vegetable cart. A heated argument breaks out, and a woman hits Malishka on the head, knocking her unconscious. Lakshmi and Shalu quickly rush to help, scolding the woman for harming a pregnant Malishka. They pay for the damages and rush Malishka to the hospital.
At the hospital, doctors admit Malishka. Ayush calls Shalu, but she lies and says she’s at the mall before cutting the call. Suspecting something is off, Ayush and Rishi decide to go to the mall. Lakshmi confronts Shalu about the lie, just as the doctor returns, confirming that Malishka is stable. The doctor requests that Malishka’s husband be contacted for testing related to both her and the baby. After the doctor leaves, Shalu wonders if they should inform Balwinder about Malishka’s condition. However, Lakshmi sees this as a perfect opportunity. She tells Shalu that the blood test can finally reveal the truth about Malishka, and she starts laying out her plan.
The episode ends with Lakshmi determined to expose Malishka’s secrets.
