The episode begins with Neil lost in thought, remembering his time with Teju. On the other side, Teju is silently crying to herself. Neil keeps thinking about the conversation between Rituraj and Teju, questioning how he failed to notice what was happening right in front of him. Meanwhile, Rituraj, angry and drunk, recalls Teju’s words and smashes a bottle in frustration. Teju, deeply hurt, looks at Lord Shiva’s idol and wonders aloud why she’s being tested so harshly.
Elsewhere, Mukta asks Omi if they’ve packed everything. Omi says it’s enough and reminds her that they need to take the items to Neil’s house. Satish, however, is upset. He criticizes the Chavan family for wanting to visit Neil’s home even after what happened to his daughter. Satish says Neil might feel insulted if they go, and where there’s no respect, he refuses to stay. He then says he’s planning to leave the house with his family. Sonali is shocked and questions his decision. Deepali supports Satish, saying she agrees. Lakshmi argues back, reminding everyone that Teju is their eldest daughter. Satish then sarcastically asks if Lakshmi herself will go to Neil’s house. Lakshmi replies that Mukta will go instead. Mukta doesn’t agree and insists Lakshmi should go. Satish tells Omi he doesn’t care who goes—but he certainly won’t. Then Juhi speaks up and says that even if Satish and Deepali don’t go, she will go to the Pradhan family. Deepali doesn’t like this.
At the Pradhan house, Teju comes downstairs to join the family for breakfast. Neil says he’s leaving for work at the hospital. Teju tries to sit next to Manjari, but Manjari quietly gets up and walks away. Amruta invites Leena to eat, but Leena taunts her instead, sarcastically saying Amruta has become the elder now. Omi questions Leena’s attitude and reminds her that she was the one who insisted all family members must eat together. Leena snaps back, saying her rule was for family members only—not outsiders who manipulate her son to enter the house.
Teju then calls Aditi, worried about Juhi. Aditi tells her that Juhi is back home and that Satish slapped her several times. But she adds a bit of relief, saying Juhi will be attending the Gondhal ceremony. Teju asks why Juhi ran away from the wedding. Aditi says she’ll visit in the evening and that Teju can ask Juhi directly. Teju looks forward to confronting her.
Later, Teju attends the Gondhal ceremony. Prachi introduces her proudly to the guests as her sister-in-law. Some ladies ask if Teju is the new bride and begin comparing her beauty with Juhi’s. Before things get awkward, Manjari steps in and tells them Teju is indeed beautiful, and that no one should be compared.
Nearby, Vinod notices Leena standing by herself. He tells her to smile and enjoy the event. Leena says she can’t pretend to be happy. Vinod asks why she’s still thinking about Juhi, who left them on the wedding day, and why she has so much dislike for Teju. Leena defends herself, saying Juhi didn’t run away on her own—she was forced. She also says she’ll find out the truth. Vinod reminds her that Neil and Teju got married properly with all rituals. Leena says her dislike is deeper—she can’t accept Teju because she’s the illegitimate daughter of her father. Vinod reminds her that Teju’s father is no longer alive and pleads with her to stop holding on to this hatred. Leena says Teju reminds her of Mohit and the pain he caused her. She says she may be happy now with Vinod and his family, but she’ll never accept Teju. Vinod urges her to stay for the function and avoid drama. Leena refuses and walks away, saying if he doesn’t want drama, he should let her keep her distance. Vinod is left worried, feeling helpless. He tells himself that despite this being his son’s wedding, he still can’t find peace. Just then, Neil arrives at the Gondhal ceremony.
