Vihaan sits quietly, deep in thought about the strange woman who seems to recognize him. Gauri notices his troubled expression and walks over to comfort him. Soon, Harsh and Arjun arrive carrying tea, and the three brothers gather together to read a book. Vihaan begins telling a story about the Tamas Mani—a witch who lost her face and became a cloud of smoke. Gauri listens with curiosity and is shocked to learn that this witch was powerful enough to defeat one of their brothers. She is amazed by Vihaan’s hidden powers, but Harsh quickly changes the topic.
Trying to lift everyone’s mood, Gauri serves tea, but she ends up overfilling the cups and putting in too much sugar. While trying to be funny, she accidentally spills tea on Vihaan’s book, upsetting him. Despite the mess, Arjun encourages Vihaan to taste the overly sweet tea, and the brothers laugh at his reaction. Vihaan eventually decides to go take a bath, leaving the tea behind. Gauri offers it to Harsh and Arjun, but they both politely decline and walk away.
Somewhere else in the house, Veena shares her regret about Vihaan marrying Gauri, thinking it was the wrong decision. Baa defends Gauri, saying she saved Vihaan’s life, but Veena brushes it off as just a coincidence. Suddenly, Veena notices several crows entering the house and hurries to find out what’s going on.
After his bath, Vihaan returns to his room wrapped in just a towel, unaware that Gauri is watching him. Gauri becomes shy and awkwardly mentions she brought him tea. As she steps forward, she slips, accidentally pulling off his towel. Embarrassed, Gauri screams and runs out. Later, she giggles to herself—partly from the awkward moment, but also because she realizes Vihaan’s injuries are completely gone.
Meanwhile, Veena walks into a room and sees a mirror surrounded by strange smoke. At the same time, Gauri walks back into Vihaan’s room while he is getting dressed. Vihaan asks her why she’s there, and Gauri says she’s looking for “Changu-Pangu.” He scolds her for using such silly words. Then, she questions him about his fading wounds. When she tries to check them, Vihaan stops her and accuses her of being after money, reminding her they are not real husband and wife. Feeling hurt, Gauri takes her pillow and blanket and leaves the room. Harsh and Arjun see her walk away.
Elsewhere, Veena confronts the smoky figure and demands to know who it is. The smoke speaks in riddles, saying it knows her very well. When Veena says it’s lying about being Kamini, the smoke tells her to leave and warns her that her son is in danger.
Now upset, Gauri sits alone on the sofa. Vihaan tells his brothers he was rude to her because she wanted to see his marks. Harsh advises him to be more understanding, especially since Gauri is crying. Vihaan starts to feel bad and goes to talk to her, asking her to come back to their room. Gauri refuses, reminding him again that she isn’t his wife. Vihaan replies that she’ll get scared sleeping alone.
In the other room, Veena continues her argument with the smoky figure, still unsure of who it really is. The smoke insists she leave and focus on her son. Later that night, as Gauri lies down, she hears a strange noise. The chandelier above her begins to shake in a spooky way.
The episode ends.
