The episode begins with Vihaan trying to thank Gauri for what she did the previous night, but she quickly walks away to her room. Inside, Gauri finds Veena, who quickly hides something in her hand. Veena asks Gauri to get ready for the puja, but secretly drops Gauri’s comb in front of the mirror—so that the black shadow can cast its spell on her.
Gauri gets dressed beautifully, and Vihaan is left speechless seeing her. She tells him she’s preparing for the puja, and Vihaan, sensing something is off, checks on her. He says she’s not acting like herself, but Gauri doesn’t explain her emotions and brushes it off. As she struggles with her necklace, Vihaan steps in to help, and they share a soft romantic moment. Gauri gets lost in Vihaan’s eyes and tries to reach out to him, but he gently stops her. Vihaan reminds her of how brave she was the previous night, but Gauri is still distracted. Snapping out of it, she awkwardly thanks him for his help.
Just then, Rashmi appears and reminds Gauri about preparing the prashad, and stresses that it must be sugar-free, or Sharda will be angry. Gauri rushes to the kitchen, and Vihaan asks if she knows how to make the prashad. Seeing her struggling, he offers to help. However, Gauri is so caught up in her feelings that she hardly hears a word he says. Gauri insists she can handle it herself and sends Vihaan away.
As Gauri begins making the prashad, Vihaan and Arjun watch her from a distance. Vihaan suddenly loses his cool when he sees things going wrong in the kitchen—flour scattered everywhere—and grabs Arjun by the collar. He’s worried Gauri might get scolded by Sharda. Arjun, trying to calm him down, jokes about feeling nauseous seeing the mess. Meanwhile, Vihaan discreetly uses magic to help prepare the prashad while Gauri stays focused.
Veena sneaks into the room, takes Gauri’s clothes, and gives them to the black shadow. Veena questions Kamini’s intentions, but Kamini tells her that to save her own son, Gauri must be the one to suffer. Back in the kitchen, Gauri is surprised to see the halwa turn out perfect and compliments herself for it. Arjun tells Vihaan that Gauri has truly set a new example.
Vihaan confesses to Arjun that he secretly helped Gauri because he wanted to protect her from Sharda’s anger. Gauri proudly tells Rashmi that the prashad is ready.
Meanwhile, Harsh is still trying to break the cage to free Sia, but his attempts fail. Sia also tries to cast a spell to escape, but nothing works. Harsh begins to dig the ground, but again, nothing changes. Sia tells him that they’re failing again and again, and the only way to escape is if someone is willing to sacrifice themselves.
Back in the house, Kamini returns the enchanted items to Veena and tells her to put them back in their original place. Kamini reveals her chilling plan—she wants to pull Gauri into the Parchai Lok (shadow world).
