Meanwhile, Sunheri slips into a nightmare, seeing her own lifeless form, while Gauri jolts awake from a vision of her portrait hanging like a funeral display. Shaking, she clings to Vihaan, terrified of Sunheri’s influence. He comforts her, swearing the threat is gone.
Harsh explains to Arjun that Sunheri targeted Sandhya to manipulate Gauri into fleeing. As they strategize, Vihaan realizes Gauri is missing. Overwhelmed by the house’s darkness, Gauri attempts to escape barefoot. Vihaan stops her at the gate, gently slipping slippers onto her injured feet before letting her go. Confused by his mercy, Gauri leaves. Harsh and Arjun restrain Vihaan, who fears the consequences of his actions. In a rare moment, the brothers embrace.
The next morning, Gauri collapses on the road, haunted by recent horrors. She staggers into a temple, begging the gods to free her from the curse. A mysterious woman touches her forehead, revealing the black magic afflicting her. When Gauri resists returning, the woman insists she’s destined to confront the evil.
Back home, Rashmi packs to leave with her daughter. Harsh and Arjun plead with her to stay, refusing to abandon their family home. Rashmi reminds them Vihaan broke his promises—why sacrifice for him? Guilt-ridden, Vihaan offers to leave instead. Veena interrupts, announcing the in-laws’ arrival, but Rashmi coldly notes Sandhya’s alliance is already broken. Vihaan vows, “I’ll bring Gauri back and end this.”
