Jagriti firmly asserts that her name is not “Jaggu,” but Sapna playfully insists they can call her that affectionately. Trying to act friendly, Sapna suggests they share some brownies. She offers Jagriti a piece, secretly laced with burning coal. However, Jagriti senses something is off and eats from Sapna’s portion instead. When Jagriti offers the same piece meant for her to Sapna, Sapna smacks it away. Jagriti quickly notices the burning coal hidden inside the brownie. Furious, she slaps Sapna and warns her that next time, it won’t just be a slap. She throws a sharp remark before walking off.
Later, Jagriti overhears that Kalikant is heading to meet SP Kalpana. Spotting Kalindi distracted, she seizes the opportunity to sneak itching powder into Kalikant’s sherwani. Once Kalikant puts it on, he starts itching uncontrollably, removing the sherwani and asking Kalindi to scratch his back. When she fails to do so, he demands she call for Ganga.
Jagriti, determined to free Ganga so she can feed her and then head to the police station, brings stuffed bhindi for her. She sees Ganga with Kalikant and comes up with a new plan. Pretending to be on a call with a doctor, Jagriti loudly mentions that a peacock feather remedy cured her itching. Kalindi overhears, grabs the feather, and begins scratching Kalikant, eventually sending Ganga away. Taking advantage of the situation, Jagriti pulls Ganga aside and feeds her the bhindi. Ganga, feeling touched, says Jagriti reminds her of her mother. They share the meal together.
Jagriti then heads to the police station, where SP Kalpana hands her a forensic report revealing that there was no gunfire 12 years ago. Kalpana claims Geeta wanted to marry Harish, but a fight broke out due to opposition from some Chitta members. Jagriti refuses to accept the findings, insisting her father was shot. When Kalpana asks for his name, Jagriti reveals it’s Harish. Just then, Kalikant arrives at the station, and the constable informs Kalpana.
As Kalikant enters, Jagriti and Bindi hide. Jagriti secretly records his conversation with Kalpana, where Kalikant criticizes her for rejecting his gift and mocks her reassignment to jungle duty due to the IG’s disapproval. Jagriti accidentally drops her phone, catching Kalikant’s attention. Kalpana quickly covers up, insisting no one is present and urges him to leave. Suraj arrives just in time, handing Kalikant his phone and claiming there’s an international call. Kalikant exits, and Suraj tells Jagriti to go, allowing her to slip away.
Later, while driving, Suraj scolds Jagriti for going up against Kalikant. Jagriti defends herself, explaining that she went to SP Kalpana to uncover the truth about her father’s death. She shares the details of the report, and when Suraj questions her disbelief, Jagriti reflects on the events and follows her instincts.
Meanwhile, Sapna fumes over the slap, vowing revenge. When Akash asks about it, Sapna lies, saying she plans to get back at Jagriti soon. Akash advises against doing anything at the moment, considering Kalikant’s current stress. Sapna pretends to agree. Jagriti, however, is one step ahead. She sends Akash a voice message containing a link—and successfully hacks his phone when he opens it.
