Riddhi tells Neel to leave her room, but Neel teasingly says she doesn’t have to dress up for him. Riddhi responds, explaining that she’s heading to a meeting. Noticing her short dress, Neel offers to drive her, concerned about the late hour and her safety. Riddhi dismisses his offer, telling him she’s not a child and that he shouldn’t act like her personal assistant. Neel insists she at least keep her phone off silent and call him if she needs anything. Riddhi, clearly irritated, tells him he’s overdoing it.
As time passes, Neel waits nervously for Riddhi’s call, puzzled by his strong feelings for her. He realizes he’s fallen for her. Just as he reflects on this, Riddhi appears, asking him who he loves. Neel evades the question, and Riddhi sarcastically congratulates him, mentioning she forgot to call. Neel reminds her that although they aren’t married, they are friends, and he was genuinely concerned about her. When he inquires about her meeting, she simply says good night and walks away, leaving Neel wondering if someone else might capture her heart.
The next morning, Riddhi learns from Sumati that she has forgiven Neel. Riddhi then asks if she’s forgiven her as well, to which Sumati responds with a sarcastic remark. At breakfast, Riddhi praises the food, but Sumati coldly retorts that she’s not a maid seeking compliments. Kamlesh hands Neel a glass of juice, but Neel, sensing something off in Kamlesh’s demeanor, switches the glasses and serves juice to everyone else, leaving Kamlesh uncertain about which one has been tampered with. Neel urges Kamlesh to drink it and walks away. Kanchan later scolds Kamlesh for his actions.
Later, Kamlesh manages to slip a pill into Neel’s milk. Manjari delivers the milk to Neel, saying it’s from Sumati. Despite his initial reluctance, Neel drinks it, not wanting to upset Sumati. Kanchan and Kamlesh watch with satisfaction as Manjari leaves the scene.
Neel begins to feel dizzy and irritable shortly after. His frustration boils over as he starts destroying things in his room. Kanchan observes his breakdown with satisfaction, declaring that Neel’s unraveling has begun. Riddhi hears the noise and enters, stunned by the chaotic state of the room. When she asks him what’s going on, Neel suddenly grabs her hand aggressively, demanding to know who she met the previous night. Riddhi, in pain, asks him to let go, warning him not to speak to her in that manner again before storming out. Kanchan, satisfied, tells Kamlesh that they need to increase the dosage. Meanwhile, Neel is left trying to understand the overwhelming anger he can’t control.
