The episode opens with Riddhi staring at the bruise on her hand, a painful reminder of how Neel had manhandled her. She’s furious and deeply hurt, questioning how Neel could treat her this way. Just then, Neel arrives and notices the mark on her wrist. Guilt washes over him as he recalls gripping her hand too tightly. But before he can speak, Riddhi confronts him. She tells him to stay away, clearly disgusted by his actions. She asks what kind of behavior that was, unable to believe he acted that way. Neel tries to apologize, saying that she knows who he truly is. But Riddhi cuts him off, saying she doesn’t even want to see his face and demands he leave.
Neel admits his mistake and confesses he doesn’t understand why he got so aggressive. But Riddhi says she knows the reason—because she didn’t tell him where she went yesterday. She bitterly adds that it shouldn’t matter to him, even if she was having an affair. Overwhelmed with regret, Neel drops to his knees and begs for forgiveness, promising that it will never happen again. Riddhi warns him that if he ever repeats this behavior, she won’t forgive him again. Neel then nervously asks if she’s actually having an affair. In response, Riddhi tells him to get lost and walks away.
Meanwhile, in a lighter setting, Gangadhar teases Sumati about always cooking Neel’s favorite meals. Sumati smiles and explains that since Neel is working from home today, she wanted to make something special for him. Parameshwari brings over a dish, and Gangadhar tastes it. He says it’s delicious and even feeds a bite to Sumati. Sumati enjoys it too, but playfully says it’s still not as tasty as her own cooking.
Back at Neel’s workplace, he begins an online meeting. Kanchan notices the teacups and exchanges a sly glance with Kamlesh. Kamlesh recalls how she had mixed a drug into Neel’s tea and bribed the servant to ensure he received that specific cup. As Neel drinks the tea, Kanchan smiles triumphantly. She discreetly signals one of the employees—Mahender—who she had also bribed earlier. Shortly after, Neel starts feeling uncomfortable. Trying to carry on, he asks the team if they’re satisfied with their incentive plans. Mahender uses this moment to say he wants a 2% increase. Neel firmly replies that 1% is enough. But Mahender insists and asks to speak with Neel privately.
Elsewhere, Manjari is seen asking Pratham to accompany her to the temple. She says she’ll wait for him outside. Later, when Pratham joins her, he tells her she’s being too stubborn. But Manjari says she’s only doing this for his sake, hoping he’ll succeed in his upcoming audition. During the ride, Manjari starts feeling sick and asks Pratham to stop the car. She steps out and vomits. An elderly woman nearby rushes over and grabs Manjari’s hand, then makes a shocking announcement—Manjari is pregnant. Pratham is stunned and accuses the woman of being crazy. But the old woman introduces herself as Daimaa, a traditional midwife known for sensing pregnancies.
Back in the office, Neel takes Mahender aside for the one-on-one talk. Mahender boldly suggests that Neel could take a commission from the team and offers him a bribe. Furious, Neel slaps him. Their confrontation escalates, and Neel repeatedly slaps Mahender in front of the other employees. Riddhi arrives and tries to stop him, but Neel is too enraged. Mahender accuses Neel of letting power go to his head after becoming CEO. He storms out with other employees following him. Riddhi, stunned by Neel’s aggression, asks what’s wrong with him. Neel tries to apologize, but Riddhi is heartbroken and tells him he’s crossed all limits—it’s over between them.
