Neel falls to his knees before Sumati, tears in his eyes. “Ma, I may be the Chotwanis’ ghar jamai now, but I’m still your son,” he pleads. He begs her to release her anger, unable to bear her hatred any longer.
Meanwhile, Kanchan confronts Riddhi, who questions why she used employees to insult Neel. Kanchan defends herself, claiming she only wanted to protect the company—Neel isn’t experienced enough, and his past success was just luck. She warns that letting him lead could destroy Riddhi’s hard work. Riddhi is stunned as Kanchan insists more deserving candidates should run the business.
Sumati reflects on her harsh past words to Neel, regret washing over her. She finally apologizes, and Neel hugs her tightly. She takes him inside to feed him but presses for answers—why did he become a ghar jamai? Neel admits he can’t lie to her but isn’t ready to reveal everything. “Just trust me a little longer,” he whispers. Sumati agrees.
Kanchan declares she acted for the company’s sake and announces her departure, saying everything now belongs to Neel. She assures Riddhi she means no harm, but Riddhi dismisses her worries. “Neel earned his place. If he fails, he’ll be replaced,” she states firmly. She urges Kanchan to rest, hugging her—unnoticed, Kanchan smirks.
Later, Kanchan hands Kamlesh a spiked juice. As dizziness takes over, Kamlesh accuses her, but Kanchan feigns innocence. Kamlesh trashes the room and hurls a vase at her, but Kanchan dodges, pins her down, and records the chaos. Smug, she plots to use the same drug on Neel. “A mad CEO is useless,” she mutters.
Neel rushes to Riddhi’s room to share Sumati’s forgiveness. Hearing no reply, he fears she’s having a panic attack and breaks in—only to find her mid-outfit change. Flustered, he turns away as Riddhi scolds him to leave.
Meanwhile, Kamlesh wakes to Kanchan’s chilling confession. “An overdose could kill Neel!” Kamlesh warns. Kanchan shrugs. “Let him die. Or lose his mind—either way, he’ll be locked away forever.”
