Kanchan firmly claims that Neel tried to kill her, but Riddhi doesn’t believe her. She brushes it off and says Kanchan is just imagining things. Even Saraswati and Neel go against Kanchan, making her feel like she’s losing her mind. Furious and desperate to prove she’s right, Kanchan grabs Neel by the collar and yells that he’s the one imagining things because someone has been secretly giving him medicine. Neel is shocked and asks her what she’s talking about, even showing her the medicine bottle he’s been taking. That’s when Kanchan suddenly stops herself. She realizes she may have revealed too much and quickly changes her words, pretending that the stress is making her act confused. Riddhi steps in and gently tells Kanchan to rest for a while.
Later, Neel secretly calls a friend. It turns out he’s been plotting against Kanchan all along. He thanks his friend for the help and says that Kanchan almost admitted the truth—that she was drugging him—but luckily, she didn’t say everything. Neel becomes more determined to get her to confess the whole truth.
Meanwhile, Riddhi walks past Manjari’s room and notices her phone lying unattended. Curious, she wants to check who Manjari’s secret boyfriend is. Just as she moves to pick it up, Manjari walks in. Riddhi is caught and quickly makes up a reason, asking Manjari if she’s really in love with someone. Manjari says yes, but once Riddhi walks out, she breathes a sigh of relief—Riddhi didn’t see Pratham’s name in her phone. The secret is still safe.
The next morning, Kanchan tells Kamlesh she’s going out. She asks the driver to bring the car, not knowing that Neel is already ahead of her. He knocks the driver out and takes his place. Armed with a gun, he kidnaps Kanchan and takes her to a hidden warehouse. There, he pressures her to admit that she’s been drugging him. But Kanchan acts innocent. She tricks him and hides, but Neel finds her bag and tracks her down again, still demanding the truth.
At that moment, Riddhi arrives and slaps Neel. He is shocked and asks what she’s doing there. Riddhi says Kanchan had messaged her, saying Neel was trying to kill her and had also shared her live location. Neel tries to explain himself, but Riddhi refuses to hear him out.
In truth, Kanchan had secretly listened to Neel’s earlier phone call and turned the whole situation against him. She used it to trap Neel. Riddhi didn’t come alone—she brought a team from the mental hospital, ready to admit Neel. Realizing that getting locked up would ruin his only chance to expose Kanchan, Neel panics. In a rush, he escapes, grabs the gun again, and threatens the staff. He runs off, shouting that he’s not mad and will prove his innocence by exposing Kanchan’s lies, no matter what.
