The episode opens with high tension as Bipasha quickly checks Arshi’s pulse and confirms that she is still alive. A wave of relief spreads for a moment. Shubhankar immediately calls for an ambulance. The situation is chaotic—Anjana tells Mrinalini to inform Choton while Tanuja urges Shubhankar to contact Srishti as well. Without delay, Shubhankar calls Srishti and informs her of Arshi’s shocking suicide attempt.
Srishti is furious and devastated. She swears that if anything happens to Arshi, she won’t spare Aniruddh. Shubhankar tries to calm her, reassuring her that help is on the way and Arshi will be taken to the hospital soon. But Srishti is overwhelmed with anger and threatens to file a police case against Aniruddh as soon as Arshi regains consciousness. Shubhankar urges her to reach the hospital quickly and ends the call.
Tanuja confides in Shubhankar that she is deeply scared, and the whole situation is terrifying. Mimi suggests that Arshi may have done this on purpose—to emotionally punish Aniruddh and Jhanak. But Tanuja angrily shuts her down and tells Shubhankar to inform Aniruddh.
Meanwhile, in another scene, Jhanak notices that Shubhankar is trying to call Aniruddh. She gently wakes him up. At first, Aniruddh refuses to answer, thinking it might not be urgent, but Jhanak insists that something serious could have happened. Eventually, he notices Mrinalini is calling and picks up. Mrinalini wastes no time and tells him about Arshi’s suicide attempt, urging him to rush to the hospital immediately.
Aniruddh is shocked. He tells Jhanak what happened and asks her to stay at home. Jhanak promises she won’t leave, as she had vowed before. However, she’s worried that Srishti might try to frame Aniruddh legally. But Aniruddh stands his ground, saying that he only asked for a divorce and that it wasn’t wrong to do so. He walks away, leaving Jhanak confused and anxious. She starts to wonder why Arshi would take such a drastic step—especially if Arshi was in love with someone else. In her heart, Jhanak decides not to come between Aniruddh and Arshi.
At the hospital, Shubhankar begs the doctor to save Arshi’s life. Bipasha hands over the empty sleeping pills bottle as evidence. The doctor instructs them to inform the police and then hurries inside to treat Arshi. Bipasha, sensing an opportunity, whispers that once the police are involved, they might be able to get rid of Jhanak for good.
Aniruddh comes downstairs, ready to leave for the hospital. Jhanak, despite the emotional turmoil, tells him to eat something before leaving. She reminds him that he didn’t eat yesterday and probably won’t eat at the hospital either. Aniruddh is touched by her concern. He tells her this is exactly why she is so special to him. He firmly believes that Arshi isn’t trying to die but is using this as a tactic to get back at him. Gently, he places a kiss on Jhanak’s forehead and heads out.
Back at the hospital, Srishti is angry that Shubhankar didn’t wait for her and chose this hospital for Arshi. Vinayak tries to calm her, saying Shubhankar made the right decision under pressure. Tanuja supports him, reminding Srishti that Arshi is like a daughter to her. But Srishti is inconsolable. She questions where Aniruddh is and sarcastically assumes he’s probably with Jhanak.
Just then, a junior doctor asks the family to keep quiet. She informs them that Arshi has been put on life support and asks for her husband’s signature. She inquires where Aniruddh is.
Siddharth calls Srishti to check on Arshi. Srishti, holding back tears, says Arshi isn’t well and Aniruddh hasn’t reached the hospital yet. Siddharth promises to take care of everything.
Aniruddh finally arrives at the hospital. Choton informs him that Arshi is in the ICU. Anjana warns Aniruddh that Srishti is extremely upset and that the police might soon get involved. Srishti sees him and sarcastically welcomes him. Shubhankar demands to know why Aniruddh was late. The junior doctor reminds everyone that Arshi’s husband needs to sign the documents and adds that Arshi might regain consciousness in a few hours.
Aniruddh asks if he can see Arshi, but Srishti immediately refuses. She says the police will handle everything now. Vinayak questions Aniruddh about what he said to Arshi the previous day. Srishti accuses him of treating everything like a game and vows that she won’t forgive him if anything happens to Arshi. Tanuja silently prays for Arshi’s recovery.
At this moment, Lalon arrives, but instead of support, he receives scolding from both Srishti and Shubhankar.
Meanwhile, back home, Jhanak is worried sick. She thinks about calling Aniruddh to ask about Arshi, but then stops herself, assuming he must be busy. She decides to wait patiently.
Back at the hospital, Bipasha asks Aniruddh if Jhanak is the one calling him. This only fuels the fire. Shubhankar and Tanuja scold him again, and Srishti lashes out, accusing him of neglecting Arshi for Jhanak. Vinayak tries to remind Srishti that Jhanak is her own daughter, but Srishti responds bitterly, comparing Jhanak to Brij Bhushan.
Just then, Siddharth walks in. Srishti thanks him for coming. He asks about Arshi’s condition and is told she’s on life support. Siddharth then turns to Aniruddh and introduces himself. He questions the decision to bring Arshi to this hospital when a better one was available. Aniruddh tells Siddharth to not interfere in personal matters and not to cross his limits.
Siddharth coolly replies that as Arshi’s friend, he is well within his limits—and adds that being married doesn’t automatically make someone a good husband. He says Arshi once told him Aniruddh’s family behaves like a circus, which enrages Aniruddh.
Before the situation can escalate further, Mrinalini steps in and warns Siddharth to stay away from their personal family issues. But Siddharth delivers one final blow, saying if Aniruddh is already cheating, he should just give Arshi a divorce.
