The celebration begins with Virat warmly thanking everyone for coming to his and Manvi’s Mehendi function. With emotion in his voice, he mentions how both of them grew up without parents, then turns to Bhavani and Babita, requesting they dance as maternal figures in his life. Nimrit joins them at Amruta’s invitation. While the Ahuja family dances enthusiastically, Amruta quietly exits the gathering.
Noticing her departure, Virat follows Amruta and starts playfully teasing her. She cautions him about being observed, but he remains unconcerned. Meanwhile, Abhir realizes Virat isn’t among the dancers and begins searching for him.
Abhir surprises Amruta by asking her to close her eyes as he gifts her a gold necklace. While fastening it, he thinks he spots someone watching them. Investigating further, he only finds Bhavani, who cleverly distracts him by requesting he film the ceremony for Amruta. After Abhir leaves, Bhavani exhales in relief, having prevented Virat’s discovery.
In a shadowy corner, Rajiv meddles with electrical wiring. Hearing Bebe approach, he considers silencing her permanently. When Bebe calls for Badri, the servant appears from another direction, confusing her. Finding no one upon investigation, she leaves. Manvi, noticing Virat’s joyful dancing with the Ahujas, gets interrupted by Rajiv’s call. Feigning a headache, she steps away to answer.
Manvi presses Rajiv for progress, irritated by the Ahujas’ merriment. Rajiv promises their joy will turn to grief by tomorrow. As Amruta tries listening in, Manvi’s sudden turn forces her to hide. Rajiv details his plan: sabotaged wiring will prompt an electrician call – his disguise to enter their home and engineer a gas explosion. Delighted, Manvi returns to the festivities.
Later, Amruta questions Virat about stopping her surveillance attempt. He explains he prevented Manvi from spotting her. Their conversation turns to suspicions about Rajiv’s involvement. Meanwhile, Bhavani discusses with Amruta her doubts about Manvi’s intentions while preparing milk. When the milk suddenly boils over, Bhavani interprets it as an ill omen for the impending union.
