The episode starts with Devang informing the priest that all the arrangements have been made and asking him to check everything. The priest agrees and leaves to inspect the setup.
Meanwhile, Kranti instructs Mayank and Harsh to quickly wrap up the preparations. They reassure her that everything will be fine. Kranti then notices that Smita hasn’t gotten dressed yet and questions her. Smita replies that she doesn’t have the time and makes a snide remark, showing her annoyance.
Elsewhere, Prarthna approaches Raunak and requests him to give a shawl to Baa. She also hands him her bag before walking off. Raunak delivers the shawl to Baa and compliments how good it looks on her. Suddenly, a snake drops out of the bag, shocking them. Baa jokes that the shawl would suit Raunak better. He laughs and says he understands what she’s trying to do, but they were never meant to be, and he walks away.
Prarthna, realizing Seema might inquire about her missing bag, returns to get it. At the same time, Smita sees Raunak and compliments his looks, but Mayank steps in and says Raunak still isn’t fully dressed. He then pulls him aside to help him get ready.
Mayank encourages Raunak to marry Prarthna, insisting that they’re perfect for each other. But Raunak disagrees. In the middle of this conversation, the snake suddenly bites Raunak.
Everyone in the Zaveri family is stunned by the incident. The priest immediately warns them that the snake is venomous and tells them to stay back. Without wasting time, Prarthna throws a blanket over the snake, picks it up bravely, and throws it out the window.
She then rushes to Raunak’s side, who has fallen unconscious. She quickly ties a handkerchief around his arm to slow the spread of the poison.
A snake charmer soon shows up at the Zaveri house looking for his missing snake. The family questions how the snake ended up there. Secretly, Payal signals him to hide the truth. He lies, claiming he didn’t realize when the snake escaped from his box while passing by.
The snake charmer warns that Raunak needs urgent treatment within 15 minutes or it could be fatal. Smita breaks down, begging for someone to help him. The charmer then says there is one possible way to save Raunak—someone must suck the poison out, but doing so could endanger that person’s life too.
Hearing this, Prarthna doesn’t hesitate. She sucks the poison from the wound to save Raunak. Moments later, she collapses from the effort.
Both Prarthna and Raunak are rushed to the hospital. Smita explains the snake bite to the doctor, who immediately starts Raunak’s treatment. He asks who risked their life to save Raunak and comments that only someone who deeply loves him would do such a thing. Payal quickly jumps in and lies that she is Raunak’s fiancée. The doctor then proceeds to check on Prarthna.
The nurse and doctor note that Prarthna must truly love Raunak to put her own life at risk.
Meanwhile, the snake charmer demands more money from Payal, complaining that he still hasn’t found the snake. Payal refuses to pay and threatens him instead. The snake charmer warns her that he will reveal everything to the Zaveri family. Payal arrogantly replies that no one will believe him and tells him to do whatever he wants. Unknown to them, Ketki overhears their argument.
Back at the hospital, the doctor updates the family that Raunak’s condition remains serious. Shubhvi questions why Prarthna is okay while Raunak’s health continues to worsen. The doctor advises them to stop doubting Prarthna and instead be thankful to her for saving Raunak’s life.
Angrily, Ketki confronts Payal, slaps her, and warns her that if the truth about her actions comes out, the whole family will turn against her. Tearfully, Payal confesses her love for Raunak but admits that Raunak only has feelings for Prarthna.
