A while later, Prarthna regains consciousness and quietly visits Raunak, who remains unconscious. She gently thanks him for always being there for her and confesses her true feelings, emotionally begging him to wake up. Just then, Payal walks in, and Prarthna quickly hides. Unaware, Payal sits beside Raunak, expresses her worry, and urges him to recover soon before leaving the room.
As Prarthna exits Raunak’s room, the Zaveri family spots her along with Payal. They immediately question her presence and ask why she keeps coming back. Seema steps in to defend Prarthna and questions the family’s treatment of her, especially after she saved Raunak. However, Smita turns on Prarthna, accusing her of being bad luck and blaming her for Raunak’s condition, saying the snakebite was her fault. Deeply hurt, Prarthna is left heartbroken.
Later, Payal receives a call from Bhavesh, who demands more money. She tells him to get rid of Prarthna from the hospital first, explaining her plan. Bhavesh agrees to handle it. Soon after, Payal cruelly confronts Prarthna and coldly agrees with Smita’s harsh words, throwing another insult at her.
