The episode begins with Payal angrily accusing Prarthna of causing Raunak’s condition, calling her a curse in his life. The Zaveri family joins in, harshly criticizing Prarthna and demanding that she leave the house. Deeply hurt, Prarthna silently walks away, but Payal stops her midway and demands the return of the family’s ancestral necklace. Payal reveals that Baa had given the necklace to Prarthna, but Baa defends her decision, stating the necklace was hers to give. Smita harshly retorts that Baa can give it to anyone except Prarthna, throwing in a bitter comment. As Prarthna tries to remove the necklace, Shubhvi forcibly snatches it off her neck.
At that moment, the doctor arrives, announcing that Raunak has regained consciousness and wants to meet Prarthna. Though Smita is reluctant, she allows Prarthna to go. When Prarthna meets Raunak, he thanks her for saving his life and reveals that he heard everything she said while unconscious. Later, Prarthna encounters Bhavesh, who mocks her and questions whether she truly wants to marry him. Prarthna firmly replies “yes” and leaves. Raunak overhears the conversation and confronts Bhavesh, warning him to stay away from Prarthna. Bhavesh threatens to harm Prarthna if Raunak raises his hand, making a vile remark that prompts Raunak to vow to do whatever it takes to stop Prarthna’s marriage to Bhavesh.
Back home, Seema scolds Prarthna for going to the Zaveri house and threatens to end her life if she disobeys again. Shocked, Prarthna promises to follow Seema’s instructions without question. Bhavesh then arrives, continuing to humiliate Prarthna and demands an apology for her past behavior. Both Seema and Prarthna are forced to apologize to him, ending the episode.
