The episode opens with Sowmya taking a firm stand as she receives another unwanted call on the landline. She warns the unknown caller to stop disturbing her family by calling repeatedly. Just then, a worker’s voice on the other end mentions Mangal’s name while speaking to someone nearby. Hearing that, Sowmya immediately disconnects the call. Adit enters and notices her tense expression. He questions her, and she casually tells him that they should disconnect the landline as it isn’t needed anymore.
Elsewhere, Mangal sits alone, recalling how Kusum and Ishana turned their backs on her when she tried to speak the truth. Despite their rejection, she holds on to her hope of buying a home and bringing them back one day. In a soft voice, she tells herself that just hearing their voices is enough for now—it keeps her going.
Back at home, Adit is puzzled about Sowmya’s decision to disconnect the landline. She explains that it’s just a way to reduce unnecessary expenses. She tells him not to doubt her intentions, as she’s only trying to manage the household better. She points out that even though they’ve been married for six months, it’s her stable income that’s been supporting everything, especially since people lost trust in him after his accident. Sowmya also reminds him that she paid off the home loan, and the house is now in her name. She assures him she’s doing everything she can to fulfill her role as his wife. Adit nods, saying he’s working hard to find investors for his new project and promises to support the household soon. Sowmya appreciates his effort, and Adit heads off to give a presentation.
Meanwhile, Mangal is seen speaking with Kapil’s mother. She gently offers to take her to the doctor for her knee pain. Kapil silently watches the interaction. When Mangal asks if Kapil booked the appointment, his mother gets annoyed and scolds him. Mangal kindly reassures them that she will take care of it herself and leaves the room.
After she leaves, Kapil’s mother tells him that Mangal would make a perfect life partner for him. But Kapil quickly shuts the idea down, warning her not to think about such things. He says that if Mangal ever found out, it would make their professional relationship awkward, and she might never come to their house again. Unbeknownst to them, Pratima overhears their conversation and looks curious.
Later, Mangal books an appointment for Pratima at a natural health center. While she’s on the call, the nurse puts her on hold to take another call—it’s Adit, asking to book an appointment for his mother. The nurse says all the slots are full. Hearing this, Mangal kindly offers to give up her slot so the out-of-town patient can be accommodated. The nurse agrees and unknowingly connects Mangal and Adit without them realizing it. Adit tells the nurse to thank whoever gave up the slot, and the nurse passes his gratitude on to Mangal.
Back at her place, Mangal finds herself missing her son and family. She calls GP International School to check if her son Akshat is enrolled there. The staff refuses to give out any information due to privacy rules. Mangal pleads, saying she is his mother and only wants a yes or no answer. The staff finally replies—Akshat is not enrolled there. Heartbroken, Mangal wonders where her son is. She has already contacted so many schools and has found nothing. Still, she doesn’t lose hope. She has saved enough money now and is ready to fight a legal battle to gain custody of her son.
At work, Kapil receives a positive report about the next day’s company event. Mangal enters and shows him a sample for approval. Instead of checking it, Kapil suggests she visit the Investors Bazaar in Jaipur, saying it would be a valuable opportunity. Later, at home, Sowmya notices Adit making coffee. With a playful smile, she teases him, asking why he didn’t make one for her too. Adit laughs and shares that he is planning to attend the Investors Bazaar in Jaipur.
Meanwhile, Kapil approaches Mangal again and requests her to take full responsibility for managing the company’s upcoming event. Mangal refuses at first, insisting that he should handle it himself. Kapil then explains he has a doctor’s appointment and suffers from OCD, adding that he believes he got an infection from Pandey. He looks at her sincerely and pleads, saying she is capable and the right person to represent both “Pehla Swaad” and his brand. Mangal listens quietly, unsure of what to say.
Elsewhere, Kusum asks Adit why he wants to take her to Jaipur. He replies with a soft smile, saying that the trip will be good for both of them.
The episode ends with both Mangal and Adit unknowingly heading toward the same destination—Jaipur—where fate might just bring unexpected truths to light.
