The episode begins with Alka discovering from the doctor that someone had mixed dangerous chemicals into Ghooran’s alcohol. Shocked and furious, she immediately storms toward Megha and accuses her of trying to kill Ghooran. Megha is stunned and denies any involvement.
Elsewhere, Manoj is discussing business with Jishnu when they hear a scream. At first, Manoj ignores it, but the scream comes again—this time, both of them rush toward the sound. They reach just in time to stop Alka from attacking Megha. In a fit of rage, Alka claims that Megha tried to poison Ghooran.
To calm the situation, Manoj grabs Alka and orders Jishnu to slap her—but Jishnu hesitates. Instead, he loudly confesses that he was the one who tried to harm Ghooran, hoping to stop the chaos. Manoj grabs Jishnu by the collar, demanding the truth. Jishnu admits he lied because he couldn’t hit a woman. Manoj calms down and praises him for stepping in.
Then, Manoj lashes out at Alka for attacking Megha, reminding her that Megha is carrying his child. Alka argues that Megha is responsible for Ghooran’s condition, but Manoj refuses to believe her. He says Ghooran has many enemies, and Megha isn’t one of them. To find the truth, Manoj instructs the servant to bring the wedding videographer.
Alka walks away angrily, still convinced Megha is guilty. Manoj drags her out. Meanwhile, Megha locks eyes with Jishnu, confused—why does he keep saving her?
Later, Manoj offers Jishnu a drink. Jishnu hesitates but eventually accepts. While chatting, Jishnu reveals that Ghooran is from Bandipur and highly respected there. He suggests that they need a guard who isn’t from that area. Manoj asks where to find such a person, and Jishnu says he’ll handle it himself.
Soon, the servant brings the wedding videographer, who says it will take a few days to check the footage. Not wanting to wait, Manoj assigns Jishnu as Megha’s personal bodyguard. Megha objects, but Manoj insists it’s for the baby’s safety.
Left alone, Megha questions Jishnu’s intentions. She accuses him of hiding his real identity and asks if Arjun sent him. Jishnu denies it. Megha says she feels safe when he’s around and then asks how he knows she calls her baby “Junior.” Before he can answer, the servant brings food.
Jishnu tastes the food first for safety and asks Megha to eat. She refuses, but he gently reminds her to stay strong for the baby. When she still doesn’t respond, he picks her up and takes her out for fresh air. As she looks at him, Megha sees a flash of Arjun in his eyes.
From a distance, Manoj watches them quietly. Jishnu, in his mind, says that very soon, he will escape with Megha—taking her far away from all this.
