The episode begins with Arjun arriving late and apologizing sincerely to Megha. Holding her hand tenderly, he promises her and their unborn child that he’ll never leave them again. Desperate for her to regain consciousness, he gently lifts her into his arms and carries her away. Somewhere else, Ghooran bluntly tells Manoj to forget Megha, convinced that a wild animal must have killed her in the jungle. But Manoj remains unfazed—his only concern is the safety of his child.
Just then, Arjun, disguised as Jishnu, appears carrying Megha in his arms. Manoj doesn’t recognize him. Introducing himself, Arjun compliments Manoj, pretending to be a big admirer. Ghooran is immediately suspicious and advises Manoj not to place his trust in the stranger. Curious, Manoj asks for his name. Arjun sticks to his alias, Jishnu, and lies that he begged Bhai for the chance to come to Bandipur.
As Megha slowly starts regaining consciousness, she whispers Arjun’s name. Caught off guard, Arjun stays calm and keeps up the act. Megha can’t take her eyes off him, sensing something familiar. When Manoj questions Jishnu if he knows Megha, Arjun calmly claims he has only seen her in photos with Manoj. Manoj agrees to let Jishnu stay a few days until the shipment is ready and offers him a reward for rescuing Megha from the jungle. Ghooran then suggests they free Alka and move forward with Manoj’s wedding to Megha. Manoj agrees, threatening Alka not to repeat her mistakes and instructs her to get Megha ready for the wedding. Quietly, Alka escorts Megha away.
Later, Arjun secretly contacts Ranjeeta and tells her that he’s found Megha. He explains that neither Megha nor Manoj has recognized him yet. Surendar asks about his plan to save her, but Arjun admits he doesn’t have one. Despite that, he assures them he’ll bring Megha and the baby safely back to India.
Meanwhile, Megha vents her frustration to Alka, declaring she won’t marry Manoj and won’t let him have her baby. In a burst of anger, she tosses her pillow aside—unaware that Arjun, hiding nearby, picks it up with tearful eyes. Although she can’t see him, Megha feels his presence deep down. She softly calls his name, but Arjun quickly hides before she can spot him. Tears fill her eyes. Alka warns Megha that there’s no escape from Bandipur and that Manoj has threatened to kill them if they try. Still, Megha insists she knows Arjun is near—that he’ll save her. Arjun, silently listening, is overcome with emotion.
As Alka leads Megha back, she reminds her it’s been more than four months since she disappeared. She says that life moves on, and her family must have already accepted she’s gone. Megha is shattered by these words. Arjun, watching from the shadows, clenches his fists in pain and helplessness.
Alka begins preparing Megha as a bride. When she briefly steps out, she returns to find Megha gone. In a panic, she searches the room. Arjun, too, realizes she’s missing and starts looking for her. Megha, desperate to escape, hides inside a large storage drum. Arjun finds her just in time and stops her from going through with it. She lashes out at him, believing he brought her back to Manoj. Arjun gently tells her to trust in a higher power—that she’s being protected. He pleads with her to trust him. Deep in her heart, Megha begins to believe that the man posing as Jishnu might just be Arjun after all.
