The episode starts with Manoj drinking and laughing. Jishnu tells Manoj that it’s his birthday today, but he can’t even enjoy his favorite dish. He remembers how his elder brother used to cook something special for him every year. Manoj happily says that he is like a big brother to Jishnu, so he will cook for him. He asks what Jishnu would like to eat. Jishnu secretly feels happy, thinking that his plan is working perfectly.
Meanwhile, at home, Ranjeeta is getting ready to leave for work. Surendar asks Riya about breakfast, and she replies coldly that she hasn’t made anything. She suggests they should just hire a maid now. Ranjeeta reminds them that she always cooked when she was home. Surendar questions Riya about her sudden change in behavior. Riya lashes out, saying no one cared when Kirpal was in trouble. Surendar says he’ll beat up Kirpal. Riya mocks Surendar for sitting at home all the time, and Ranjeeta scolds Riya for her disrespect. Upset, Riya storms off to her room.
Back with Manoj, he tells Alka that today they will have a party to celebrate Jishnu’s birthday. He heads inside. Alka gets suspicious and asks Jishnu what kind of drug they’ve given Manoj. Jishnu says it’s a cheap one. Later, Manoj joyfully celebrates Jishnu’s birthday. Jishnu shows the food to Megha—exactly the one she had requested. Manoj and Jishnu dance together while enjoying the moment.
Jishnu then secretly carries the food away. Alka notices and wonders whom he’s taking the food for. It turns out Jishnu takes the food to Megha. He happily tells her that he completed her challenge and even feeds her himself. They share a tender moment with eye contact, which Alka secretly watches. She starts to question what’s really going on between the two.
Suddenly, Ghooran regains consciousness and sees Manoj dancing. Confused, he asks what’s happening. Manoj welcomes him warmly and jokes that Ghooran looks strong and healthy now. Ghooran wastes no time and announces that he wants to marry Megha the next day. He starts shouting her name loudly, asking where she is.
Megha hears Ghooran’s voice and gets anxious. She tells Jishnu about it. Meanwhile, Alka confronts them, demanding to know what’s going on. She says Jishnu must have a reason for feeding Megha secretly. Jishnu tries to explain, but Megha interrupts. Megha tells Alka that she already said she didn’t want to eat and now they are forcing her. She scolds Jishnu for constantly telling her what to eat. Megha angrily says that she is pregnant and knows what is best for her child. She even questions if Alka is spying on her and tells her to just send her back to Arjun.
Jishnu calmly says that even if she goes there, she will still have to eat. He explains that he is only looking after her because Manoj had asked him to take care of her and the baby. He again asks Megha to finish her food.
Alka, however, is not convinced. She says she isn’t foolish and won’t believe their stories. She reminds Jishnu of everything he has done for Megha and accuses them of acting. Jishnu calmly responds that his mother raised him with good values, and that’s why he respects and helps women. He says he hasn’t done anything special—only what’s right. He adds that Manoj can take care of Alka, but Megha doesn’t have anyone else, which is why he supports her.
Just then, they hear Ghooran shouting Megha’s name again. Alka rushes to her father and hugs him emotionally. Megha, scared and helpless, turns to Jishnu and pleads with him to save her from this nightmare.
