The episode begins with Manoj teasing Jishnu, asking if he really believed him when he said he would give Megha to him. Just then, Alka enters and questions whether Jishnu would actually marry Megha. She turns to Manoj and sarcastically asks what he’ll say to Ghooran if he hands over Megha to a mere servant. Jishnu quickly responds, saying he never said he wanted to marry Megha. Alka then asks him if he doesn’t want her. Jishnu calmly replies that no one can take away what truly belongs to him. He adds that Megha is only ten days away from giving birth, and applying any pressure on her now would only harm the baby. Alka asks if Megha told him all this. Jishnu replies that he understands women and their emotions—and he knows Megha doesn’t like Ghooran. Annoyed, Alka tells him to get lost.
Moments later, Manoj receives a phone call and is shocked to hear that Megha is attempting suicide. Jishnu reminds him that he had warned him something like this might happen. Both of them rush to a cliff where they find Megha standing near the edge. Jishnu urgently asks her what she’s doing there. Megha tearfully confesses she came to end her life. Manoj shows no emotion for her, only expressing concern for the baby. Megha is furious and says she expected nothing better from him, calling him heartless. She says she’s a human being, not a lifeless object. She had tried many times to escape from her situation but failed every time—so she finally gave up and decided to end her life.
Jishnu turns to Manoj and urges him to speak up—it’s his baby, after all. Manoj finally softens and tells Megha that she doesn’t need to marry Ghooran. He promises that Ghooran won’t bother her again. He then asks Jishnu to take care of Megha and walks away. Once alone, Jishnu hugs Megha and it’s revealed that her suicide act was all part of their plan, encouraged by Jishnu to make Manoj realize the seriousness of the situation.
Elsewhere, Ghooran confronts Manoj about the sudden change of decision. Manoj tells him bluntly that he almost lost his unborn child today because of Ghooran’s obsession. Ghooran accuses Manoj of falling in love with Megha again. Manoj snaps and grabs Ghooran by the neck, threatening to kill anyone who tries to harm Megha or his baby. Ghooran boasts that he still has the power to destroy Manoj. But Manoj fires back, telling Ghooran to behave if he wants to stay alive. Ghooran turns to Alka and bitterly says that he made Manoj the king, so now he can do anything he wants.
Meanwhile, at another house, Ranjeeta informs Riya that she has cooked food and leaves. Surendar also leaves the house right after her, which makes Riya curious about where he’s going. Later, Jishnu calls Ranjeeta and updates her about everything that happened with Megha. Megha notices that Ranjeeta looks worried and asks her what’s wrong. Ranjeeta pretends everything is fine and hangs up. But moments later, she sees Surendar dressed as a security guard and follows him. Surendar reveals it’s his first day at his new job.
Back in Bandipur, Ghooran meets with a secret group of people and angrily declares that Manoj is destroying everything. He suggests they should kill Megha to teach Manoj a lesson. The group’s leader agrees and announces that Megha must die.
At the same time, Manoj discusses a new consignment with Jishnu and tells Alka to make sure Megha remains safe at all costs. Megha worries and asks Jishnu how she’ll stay safe alone for three days. Jishnu assures her that Ghooran won’t dare to do anything now.
