Today’s Episode Update: Megha’s Escape Plan Fails, Jishnu Saves Her From Poisoning, and Ghooran’s Wedding Gets Cancelled
The episode opens with Jishnu searching for Megha in Bandipur. Alka spots him and quickly questions whether he’s there to find Megha. She curiously asks if Arjun sent him or if he himself is Arjun. Amused by her rapid-fire questions, Jishnu jokes that it feels like he’s back in school. He wonders aloud why Alka assumes he has anything to do with Megha. Alka confesses that it was just a feeling she had. She then admits that Megha has run away again and expresses concern, explaining that it’s nearly impossible to escape from Bandipur. If caught again, Manoj could go to any extent. She leaves in distress, while Jishnu, worried by what he hears, sets out to find Megha.
Meanwhile, Megha is seen attempting to hide inside a large drum as part of her escape plan. Jishnu and Alka arrive at the spot. Jishnu scolds Megha, calling her plan foolish, but Megha defends herself, saying she must flee. She accuses him of getting in her way, but Jishnu tells her that perhaps God sent him to protect her. When she questions why she should trust him, he reminds her that he once saved her from a tiger. Alka, concerned, asks how long she’s been hiding in the drum. Jishnu reveals that he’s staying in Bandipur until his consignment is ready, and questions what Megha will do in the meantime. Distraught, Megha breaks down, saying she doesn’t want to marry Ghooran and refuses to hand over her child to Manoj. She firmly declares that Arjun is her husband, and her child will only acknowledge Arjun as the father. Jishnu urges her to have faith in God.
Just then, Manoj storms in and demands to know if Megha tried to escape. Furious, he slaps her, and just as he’s about to strike again, Jishnu catches his hand mid-air. He warns Manoj that any harm to Megha would affect the child. Manoj orders Alka to bring Megha to the wedding mandap and leaves. After he’s gone, Megha insists that she will live on her terms. Jishnu then notices a poison bottle in her hand.
Elsewhere, Ghooran is enjoying himself with a group of dancers and joins in the dance. Meanwhile, Megha clutches the poison bottle, contemplating suicide. Jishnu sees her preparing to drink it and immediately intervenes. He knocks the bottle out of her hand, and it falls into the hawan kund, destroying the poison. Just then, Ghooran demands his alcohol. Jishnu hands him a bottle, and they continue the celebrations.
As Ghooran prepares to sit at the wedding mandap, he suddenly collapses. A doctor is called and reveals that the cheap alcohol has severely affected his body, making him unfit for marriage. Later, Jishnu informs Megha that the wedding has been canceled and laughs joyfully. Megha, overwhelmed with emotion, clutches her baby bump and begins to cry.
Jishnu gently places his hand on her bump and affectionately refers to the baby as “Junior.” Megha is stunned by his words. Manoj overhears the exchange and suspiciously questions what Jishnu said. Jishnu deflects the question by joking that everyone is acting like they’ve seen a ghost. Manoj then insists on taking Jishnu to the farm and drags him away. Megha stands in shock, remembering the moment Jishnu called her baby “Junior.”
