The episode begins with Manoj telling Jishnu that he’ll be going to India himself with the delivery, and tells Jishnu to head to Bandipur to look after Megha. Jishnu says he’ll hand over the goods to Bhai and return in two days. But Manoj explains that he has work in Chandigarh, so he must go personally. He says only Jishnu can be trusted to handle things in Bandipur. Manoj climbs into the tempo, and Jishnu says he’ll collect his things from the back. He then talks to Megha, telling her he doesn’t feel right letting her go alone with Manoj. Megha suggests hiding quietly and letting Jishnu escape later. But Jishnu refuses, saying it’ll take them two days to reach Amritsar and wonders who will care for her during that time. Megha says she doesn’t want to deliver her baby in Bandipur.
Manoj starts shouting, asking how long he has to wait. Jishnu shows him something to distract him. He gently tells Megha that her safety is more important to him. Just then, Manoj arrives. Jishnu tells him that Megha tried to run away by hiding inside a box, but he caught her. Manoj gets angry and tries to slap Megha, but Jishnu grabs his hand and stops him. He tells Manoj that Megha is pregnant and that he won’t allow anyone to harm her. Manoj accuses Megha of secretly working with the police.
Jishnu takes out his gun. Manoj asks if he really wants to shoot him. Jishnu calmly hands the gun to Manoj and says if he doesn’t trust him, he can go ahead and shoot. But he explains that his only job is to protect Megha and her baby. He asks Manoj to think—if something happens to them, who will suffer the most? After thinking for a moment, Manoj agrees to delay the delivery for a week. He tells Jishnu to stay in the back of the tempo with Megha to keep an eye on her. Manoj drives while Jishnu assures Megha that he’s with her, even if she gives birth in Bandipur.
The next morning, Megha starts screaming in pain. Both Manoj and Jishnu hear her cries. When Jishnu tries to go to her, Manoj stops him and tells Alka to look after Megha. Jishnu wants to call a doctor, but Manoj says no doctors are available in that area.
Alka then says there’s an old healer who lives nearby and might be able to help. Jishnu quickly asks for directions, and Alka tells him where to find the man. Jishnu runs through the forest and climbs a hill to reach the healer. He explains Megha’s condition. At first, the old man refuses to come. But Jishnu begs him, saying there’s no time to waste. He picks up the healer and brings him to Manoj’s house.
Megha cries out Arjun’s name in pain. Jishnu asks the healer to hurry and begin treatment. After checking her, the healer says the baby is fine, but Megha’s health is in danger. Jishnu asks how to save her. The healer says he needs a rare red flower that grows nearby. Manoj says maybe God is punishing Megha. Alka warns that the flower only grows where snakes live. Without thinking twice, Jishnu runs off to find it—but he slips and falls while running.
The episode ends.
