The episode opens with the tribal leader about to kill Megha, but Jishnu quickly stops him by overpowering one of the tribe members. Jishnu firmly says there should be no violence. He tells Manoj to speak with the leader, while he takes Megha and Alka away. The tribal leader questions Jishnu’s identity. Ghooran jumps in and accuses Jishnu of helping Manoj destroy Bandipur.
Jishnu tells Manoj that now he must clearly see who’s truly standing with them. Manoj then asks the tribal leader what exactly he wants. The leader says he wants justice for turning Bandipur into a hub for opium. Ghooran adds that Manoj can’t be forgiven for breaking his promises. Jishnu notices their stories don’t match and says it’s all very confusing.
Manoj then reveals that it was Ghooran who first told him to supply water to the people of Bandipur after giving them afim (opium). He says Ghooran supported him in every step because Manoj was originally an outsider. To prove a point, Manoj puts Alka in Megha’s place and tells the tribal leader to go ahead and kill her if he wants—because she is both Manoj’s wife and Ghooran’s daughter. Ghooran tries to stop this and warns the leader not to trust Manoj.
Manoj accuses Ghooran of betrayal and says his daughter will pay for it. He then tells Jishnu to take Megha away safely. Megha scolds Manoj for using Alka in such a heartless way. Manoj tells her to keep quiet and leave whenever she gets a chance. Megha tells him there’s a clear difference between them. The tribe leader declares he won’t change his mind and insists on punishing Megha. Just as he is about to attack her, Jishnu blocks his sword.
Manoj pulls out a gun and says Jishnu can prove his loyalty now. A fight breaks out as Jishnu takes on the tribe members. The leader then declares that Manoj should be executed. Realizing he’s in danger, Manoj grabs Alka and uses her as a shield. Jishnu then attacks the tribe leader violently, and Megha stops him before it goes too far. Meanwhile, Ghooran sneaks away from the scene.
Later, Jishnu apologizes to Megha for everything that happened. He promises not to leave her side again. Megha assures him she’s okay. Jishnu then goes to get some food.
Meanwhile, Alka is lost in thought, remembering Manoj’s harsh words. She goes to Jishnu and thanks him for saving her. She says it’s heartbreaking that her own husband endangered her life. Jishnu tells her to thank Megha instead. Alka compliments him and says his future wife will be very lucky. Jishnu returns to Megha and lovingly feeds her.
In a separate scene, Ranjeeta asks Surendar why he chose to work the night shift. Riya complains that the family is being embarrassed. Kirpal arrives and scolds Riya for her words. He then respectfully takes blessings from his parents.
Elsewhere, Manoj is thinking about what Megha said earlier. Alka comes to speak with him. He tries to brush her off, saying he’s not in the mood to talk. But Alka says she doesn’t need permission to speak. Manoj tries to blame everything on Ghooran. But Alka says Megha was right about him all along. She confronts him about cheating and betrayal. In a fit of rage, Manoj lashes out and attacks Alka, then storms off.
The next morning, Manoj tells Jishnu that everyone hides secrets and wears masks. Jishnu says he doesn’t understand what Manoj means. Manoj brings up how Jishnu beat the tribal leader without mercy. Jishnu calmly replies that he was only protecting Manoj’s child. Manoj then questions Jishnu’s motives, wondering if he secretly wants to become the ruler of Bandipur.
