The episode begins on an intense note with Neeti confronting Sanju. Tearfully, she tells him that she’s not a murderer—she’s his first love. But Sanju remains unmoved. He reminds her that while she may have been his first love, she is certainly not his last. His heart, he says, belongs solely to Parineet. There is no longer any space for Neeti in his life. Crushed and humiliated, Neeti stands in disbelief as the truth hits her hard.
Meanwhile, Gurinder and Daljeet take Neeti aside and try to talk some sense into her. They caution her against going after Parineet again. It’s time to let go of revenge, they advise. But Neeti remains furious. Her eyes filled with rage, she declares that she will destroy Parineet’s life no matter what. She turns to them and asks point-blank if they’re with her. Though they nod half-heartedly, Neeti catches the hesitation in their eyes. She sees right through them and realizes they’re no longer truly supporting her.
Elsewhere, Parineet embraces Ambika emotionally. She tells her that Neeti now knows the truth—that she’s Parineet, not Parvati. She apologizes for hiding it from Ambika for so long. But Ambika isn’t upset. She says that the truth was bound to come out one day, and there’s nothing to regret. Instead, she thanks Parineet for being honest and expresses how proud she is of the woman Parineet has become. Parineet, with tears in her eyes, thanks her for saving her life and giving her a new identity when she had lost everything.
Daima enters the scene and playfully asks how they should refer to her now—Parineet or Parvati? Parineet smiles and says that for everyone here, she will always remain Parvati. That name was given to her by Ambika, and it holds a special place in her heart. Ambika warmly says that Parineet will always be her daughter, no matter what name she carries.
Back in Sanju’s room, Neeti frantically searches for him. The fear that he might have left her eats at her. In desperation, she calls Parineet to ask if Sanju is with her. Just then, Sanju walks in, and Parineet welcomes him warmly. She calmly informs Neeti that Sanju is indeed with her.

Sanju tells Parineet to ignore Neeti’s threats and asks her to get ready—he has a special surprise planned. Elsewhere, Prithvi is seen giving instructions to his assistant to organize some files. He then receives a call from his friend Neel, who invites him to meet at the Heritage Hotel. Prithvi agrees to join him there.
As Sanju and Parineet travel together, there’s a noticeable spark between them. The atmosphere is light, filled with smiles and shared glances. But their happiness is short-lived. Prithvi spots them and deliberately crashes into their car. An argument breaks out, but Parineet calms Sanju down and urges him not to let it ruin their mood. Sanju and Parineet finally reach the Heritage Hotel, where a grand surprise awaits. From a distance, Prithvi watches the couple and is stunned to learn that Sanju booked the hotel for Parineet. Boiling with jealousy and resentment, he silently vows to ruin their special evening.
