The bidding war starts with Parvati and Prithvi aggressively pushing the price to 150 crores. Prithvi asks to explain his contract terms, saying if they’re better, he should win. Parvati agrees but turns pale when he recites her exact proposal. Realizing he stole her documents, she steps out to call someone.
Neeti mocks Parvati, “Feeling helpless now?” Parvati fires back, “You’re the last person who should talk about failure,” pointing out Neeti’s messed-up life. She adds, “Stolen files won’t help Prithvi – I always have a Plan B.”
As officials prepare to approve Prithvi’s deal, Parvati interrupts, exposing that the hotel has unresolved legal issues making it unsellable. The auction stops immediately. “You should’ve researched better,” she tells Prithvi, “I just saved you from huge losses.” To reporters, she reveals Prithvi’s theft, leaving him surrounded by questioning journalists.
Later, Prithvi storms into Ambika’s space, swearing Parvati is an imposter he’ll soon unmask. Meanwhile, Neeti finds an old photograph and gasps – “Parvati is actually Parineet!” Bebe confirms this, showing more photos from Sanju’s room. Learning Neeti stole her files, Parvati warns Sanju, “This ends now,” and marches toward a final confrontation.
