The episode begins with Neeti threatening to harm herself, insisting that she will slit her wrist. Parineet, concerned, tries to talk her down, advising her not to make such a drastic decision. Neeti, however, dismisses her concern, accusing Parineet of being fake. She tells Parineet that if she truly cared, she wouldn’t have taken Sanju away from her. Sanju reassures Parineet over the phone, telling her not to worry; he’ll handle the situation and ends the call. Parineet, still anxious, shares her fears with Ambika, who tries to calm her down, assuring her that Neeti won’t go through with it. Parineet worries that Neeti might try again, but Ambika believes that Sanju knows how to handle her now.
Meanwhile, Sanju remains unfazed by Neeti’s threats, telling her to go ahead and do whatever she wants. He points out that she already tried the suicide threat once before and it didn’t work. He adds that if she does harm herself, it would only land her in jail, as attempted suicide is a crime. He walks away, ignoring her outburst. Neeti, enraged, throws a glass at Gurinder, complaining that neither Bebe nor Gurinder stopped him. Bebe explains that he wouldn’t listen to anyone, not even her when she tried to intervene.
Neeti vents her frustration, especially that Sanju went to Parineet instead of staying with her. She yells at Gurinder, who finally loses her patience and tells Neeti that she won’t support her anymore. Neeti, angry, vows that Parineet will regret messing with her. She warns that Parineet will never treat her like family again and will think of her as a murderer. Bebe tells Neeti that they can’t force Sanju to listen to them. He ignored her suicide threats, and he’s unlikely to listen to them either.
Later, Ambika comforts Parineet, assuring her that Neeti won’t harm herself. Neeti, meanwhile, calls Prithvi and informs him that Parvati plans to make Sanju the new CEO of her company. She warns him that if Sanju and Parineet unite, she’ll be powerless to stop them. Prithvi assures her that he has it under control. Neeti, frustrated, questions what Prithvi plans to do from home. He snaps at her, telling her not to worry about his plans and disconnects the call.
Neeti calls Parineet next, threatening her again. Parineet sarcastically asks if Neeti is still alive, mocking her for failing to follow through on her threats. Neeti insists that she will not let Parineet have peace. Parineet retorts that Neeti’s threats are old news and even offers to send her a sharper knife for better results. Neeti becomes infuriated, but Parineet continues to taunt her. Parineet then says that her husband is coming to meet her and ends the call. Ambika praises her for handling the situation well.
Ambika and Parineet prepare to welcome Sanju. The staff ceremoniously places a garland on Prithvi, and he insists that Ambika perform a tilak on his face. He declares the ritual complete. Sanju arrives and is confused by the scene. Prithvi explains that it’s a welcome for him. Ambika, however, demands that he leave immediately. Parineet threatens to call the police and send security after him.
Parineet then announces that Sanju is the new CEO. Just as she does, Prithvi steps in, revealing that he’s bought 26% of the shares in her company and is now a co-owner. Neeti, holding the documents, mocks Parineet, adding fuel to the fire. Ambika excuses herself and leaves them to deal with the situation. Sanju confronts Neeti, expressing his frustration that she is blindly supporting Prithvi and accusing him of ignoring her. Neeti complains that Sanju doesn’t care about her, even though she has remained loyal to the company. Sanju is visibly upset, but Parineet promises to defeat Prithvi and not let him take control.
Later, Prithvi mocks Parineet, and Ambika warns her not to underestimate him. Parineet remains determined to defeat him. They discuss a new project where both Sanju and Prithvi have opposing views. Prithvi challenges Sanju to win the pre-booking of the project, promising to resign as CEO if Sanju wins. Sanju accepts the challenge, and the rivalry between the two intensifies.
