The episode begins with Digvijay rushing Rani to the hospital, visibly worried. He quickly asks the ward boy about the doctor’s arrival. As he anxiously waits, the doctor walks in and starts examining Rani. Digvijay tells her that Rani is pregnant and urgently asks her to treat his wife. The doctor begins preparing for the sonography and, although Digvijay wants to stay with Rani, the doctor asks him to wait outside so she can do her work properly.
In the hallway, Digvijay reflects on how much pressure he had put on Rani, especially with her studies. Feeling guilty, he decides to call his mother. Meanwhile, Pinky talks to Narayani about how guests at the wedding were asking about their family. Just then, Digvijay calls Narayani, telling her that Rani has fainted, and that it’s all his fault. He begs her to come to the hospital.
Inside, the doctor struggles to hear the fetus’s heartbeat, adding to the growing tension. Digvijay, waiting outside, feels terrible about how harsh he has been with Rani. Narayani arrives and Digvijay explains that the doctor is still examining Rani. Devu tells them that Rani has been very stressed lately, and Digvijay continues blaming himself. Meanwhile, Pinky starts to wonder where Alisha is. Ishaan tries to reassure Digvijay, but the doctor finally reveals that they still can’t detect a heartbeat, suggesting the possibility of a miscarriage.
Panicking, Digvijay insists on calling a senior doctor, but the current doctor assures him that a senior is guiding the process. Pinky decides to call Alisha. Digvijay is crushed, regretting how poorly he treated Rani. Meanwhile, Alisha sees missed calls from Kavita, followed by a call from Pinky about Rani’s condition. Alisha gets angry, blaming Rani for ruining her plans, but quickly gathers herself and begins planning her next steps.
At the hospital, Narayani prays for Rani and the baby. Digvijay, overwhelmed with guilt, goes to the temple and humbly prays, asking for Rani’s recovery and the survival of their child.
Back at the hospital, Rani’s oxygen levels start dropping, and the doctor calls for a senior. Narayani is crying when Alisha arrives. Narayani breaks down in Alisha’s arms, begging her to find the best doctor for Rani. Alisha promises to help. Just then, Ishaan informs Digvijay that the senior doctor has arrived. Digvijay is shocked to see Soham leading the case. In a burst of emotion, he grabs Soham by the collar, but Soham stays calm and tells him to set aside their rivalry because Rani’s life is at risk. Digvijay steps back, and Soham starts the treatment after reviewing Rani’s test results.
Alisha tries to comfort Digvijay, but he tells her to stay away. Pinky reminds him that Alisha cares, and Alisha apologizes. Still overwhelmed, Digvijay asks everyone to leave him alone.
Later, Soham gathers Rani’s family, and Digvijay stays by Rani’s side, watching her. Heartbroken, he holds her hand, silently asking for forgiveness. To his relief, Rani finally opens her eyes and sees him beside her. He reassures her that everything will be fine. Narayani asks about her condition, and Soham shares the good news—Rani and the baby are out of danger.
Soham explains that Rani has a hemoglobin deficiency and needs proper care. Digvijay promises to take full responsibility for her health. Soham advises that Rani should take rest and avoid going to college for a few days.
