The episode begins with DJ getting frustrated with Alisha, and Alisha informs him that Mr. Bajaj might resign. She tells DJ that the hospital really needs her, and she doesn’t want to lose Mr. Bajaj. Meanwhile, Rani waits for Alisha to teach her a lesson and notices a watch on the table. Devu explains to Rani that this watch is proof of DJ’s loyalty and that DJ always helps her. He urges Rani not to doubt DJ and advises her to speak to him directly.
Alisha then tells DJ to talk to the investors and convince them, suspecting that DJ will vent his frustration on Rani. At home, Rani distributes sweets to everyone, but Baa is angry over the committee’s decision. DJ tells Rani that he’s losing his job because of her. He informs everyone that the hospital’s investors believe he’s also involved with Rani, and because of her, he’s been thrown out. DJ accuses Rani of causing the hospital to lose everything, including necessary equipment for the patients. Rani defends herself, saying she hasn’t given any statement to the media, but DJ insists that from now on, things will be under terms and conditions. DJ emphasizes that his career is important, and if it’s harmed, they will be separated. Naryani warns Rani that if anything happens to her son, she will end the alliance between them.
Feeling restless and suffocated, Rani opens a window to get some fresh air. She considers asking DJ for help but stops herself, remembering Rani’s warning. Realizing it’s already 5 a.m., Rani goes to the kitchen to start working. Later, at the college, Rani is asked to attend class with all the necessary medical supplies. A boy tries to irritate Rani, but DJ steps in, telling him to focus on his studies. DJ introduces himself as the new lecturer and sets the rules, saying that he will teach them how to treat heart patients. He assigns a target to each student: to study the health records of 100 patients. He demands hand-written reports from everyone.
Though Rani feels restless, she tells everyone she has no problem preparing the report. She meets Soham and tells him she is fine after taking some medicine. Kavita, observing Soham’s concern for Rani, plans to use him later. She tells Alisha that she’ll take charge of the punishment committee and keeps herself busy. Kabita assures Alisha she will follow her instructions and starts by giving Rani a tough task.
Later, Rani starts sneezing, and Naryani suggests she should rest, but Rani reassures her that she will be fine the next day. DJ gives her medicine, and Devu takes Rani aside, asking why she’s not resolving the conflict with DJ. Rani explains that everyone is against her and believes she’s receiving special treatment from DJ. Devu encourages her to keep hope alive and comforts her with a hug.
DJ conducts life-saving training, asking everyone to try. Rani struggles, becoming more restless. DJ grows harsher with her, telling her she’s running out of time and needs to focus. Suddenly, Rani collapses, and DJ rushes to try to wake her up.

DJ takes Rani to the gynecologist, where he finds out that her pregnancy is in a critical condition. The doctor informs him that Rani’s health is at risk and urgent care is needed. DJ is filled with concern, understanding the severity of the situation, and fears for both Rani and the baby’s well-being. He vows to do everything possible to ensure her safety, while absorbing the shock of the revelation.
