The episode begins with DJ preparing the medicine for Rani according to the correct dosage, and Rani comes to thank him. While doing this, Rani notices that DJ’s hands are sore from performing surgery, so she decides to help him with his dressing. Rani feels guilty for what she did to DJ and wonders why he’s showing her so much love when he once seemed to distance himself from her. While Rani is doing the dressing, DJ imagines hugging her tightly, but this is just his imagination.
Alisha sees a video of Rani and DJ together and becomes upset. Pinky calls Alisha to inform her that DJ has ended his conflict with Rani and has granted her permission to study from home. Alisha is furious and says she won’t let Rani become a part of DJ’s life.
Devu talks to Rani about ordering a birthday gift for her, and DJ overhears the conversation. DJ asks Rani if she has taken her medicine, and she assures him she has. Dev is surprised by the reconciliation between Rani and DJ. He tells Rani that DJ loves her a lot, and on her birthday, DJ plans to express his feelings for her.
Alisha is angry with Kavita for informing her late, but Kavita tells Alisha she had already told her yesterday, but Alisha didn’t respond. Kavita also mentions that DJ has blackmailed the committee, and Alisha instructs Kavita to do as she says.
Alisha is planning something against Rani.
Soham tells Rani that her medical reports are normal but she still needs to take care of herself. Rani asks if she can return to college, but Narayani advises her to rest more. Kavita suggests that Dr. Soham should give Rani private tutoring, and Soham agrees. Kavita convinces Narayani that it will help Rani feel less stressed and also convinces Rani to think about it. Kavita assures Rani she will learn a lot from Soham.
Soham reminds Rani about her upcoming exams and supports Kavita’s suggestion. Rani says she would like to discuss it with DJ and her family. Soham agrees to speak to DJ and assure him. Soham also suggests that Rani take a blood test. DJ is surprised to see Soham in his house. He apologizes for his past behavior, and Soham accepts the apology. DJ thanks Soham for saving Rani’s baby, and Soham asks DJ if he can give private lessons to Rani. DJ agrees, but Rani tells him not to worry and that Soham can help her. Rani expresses her desire to become a gynecologist, and Soham’s tutoring will help her a lot.
DJ allows Soham to give private lessons, and Soham tells DJ that Rani will need a blood test. Pinky is surprised to see DJ agreeing to the tutoring and worries that DJ might fall in love with Rani. She informs Alisha, who already knows about it and is planning to use it to distract DJ from Rani. Alisha orders Pinky to influence DJ against Rani whenever possible, and Alisha will handle the situation at the hospital.
Rani thanks DJ for allowing Soham to tutor her. DJ tells Rani he no longer wants to fight with her and that he doesn’t want to risk the baby’s health. Rani is happy to hear DJ has accepted the child, remembering a time when DJ wanted her to have an abortion, but now he is ready to accept the baby.
