The episode kicks off with Gayatri warning Om not to create a scene, reminding him that the place they’re in is both her and Isha’s workplace. She says she was only praising Isha’s work and expected Om to be happy about it. But Om sees it differently—he believes Gayatri was insulting him and declares that he’ll now disgrace himself openly. Jagdish steps in and urges him to calm down. Om tells Jagdish this is exactly the kind of reaction Gayatri wanted from him. Gayatri pretends not to understand Om’s frustration and asks her husband why he’s behaving like this.
Isha steps in, trying to get Om to listen. She encourages him not to let others use his vulnerability against him. But Om stands firm—he insists Gayatri finds joy in bringing him down. Gayatri claims the event was meant to cheer Om up, but he cuts her off and walks away, clearly upset. Gayatri smirks, satisfied with the outcome.
Later, Isha gives Gayatri a sharp look. Gayatri turns to Acharya and complains that Om hasn’t changed at all, not even after marriage. She questions how many more chances they should give him. She points out how Jagdish came to the event straight from work and is now wandering the streets looking for Om. She complains that she manages the household, and yet Om chose her workplace to create drama. Isha silently watches her. Gayatri adds that Om didn’t even think about how this would affect Isha.
Finally, Isha speaks up. She asks who gave Gayatri the right to insult Om like this. Gayatri is surprised and questions Isha’s meaning. Isha accuses Gayatri of provoking Om at the event and asks why she’s doing all this when Om has finally gotten a job. Gayatri bursts into laughter. She mocks Isha and questions if marriage has made her gullible. She then drops a bombshell—Om got his job through dishonest means, and she has video proof. Isha is left stunned by the footage. Gayatri says this is the real face of the “loser” Om, and cruelly adds that Isha is unfortunate to have him as a husband.
Just then, a man brings in a drunk Om. Acharya, furious, raises his hand to slap Om, but Janki stops him. Acharya scolds Om, saying he’s ashamed to call him his son. Om, filled with guilt, says he can never make his father proud. Janki is furious that Om got his job by cheating and tells him to bring poison instead. Acharya goes further, telling Om to strangle him. Om breaks down, saying he’s always seen as wrong no matter what. He admits to getting the job dishonestly and even begs his father to slap him. Acharya gives in and slaps him. Janki yells at them to stop.
Acharya, embarrassed, turns to Isha and Gayatri and apologizes on behalf of his family. Gayatri says this is exactly why Om will never change and tells Acharya not to blame himself. She then asks Ragini to take their parents inside. Once they’re gone, she shows the damning video to Jagdish and mocks Om once again before going inside, leaving Isha heartbroken.
Om, broken and ashamed, asks Isha to slap him too. Jagdish takes him into the room while Isha follows. Om says Jagdish and Isha are the only ones he really cares about. He assures Jagdish he’s not a bad person. Jagdish silently leaves the room. Om looks up and questions God—wondering why his life is filled with so many problems.
Meanwhile, Gayatri smugly tells herself that time will tell how long Isha will stand by Om’s side.
