The episode begins with Isha thanking her in-laws for their blessings, promising to cherish the ring forever. Meanwhile, Gayatri bitterly tells her mother-in-law that she won’t forget the insult she just endured. Isha and her mother are then taken to a room to rest. While there, Isha brings up Miley, expressing concern and saying they need to find her. However, Sumitra immediately shuts her down, insisting Miley’s actions have already caused too much damage between the families, and she can never be welcomed back. Om, who overhears the conversation, agrees with Sumitra and declares that Miley should be cut off completely from everyone. Anjali, overhearing this too, quickly messages Miley to warn her.
Elsewhere, Miley silently apologizes to Isha in her thoughts, aware of the trouble Isha faced because of her. Beside her lies Sunny, unconscious near a temple. When he regains consciousness, he’s confused about why they’re there and reminds Miley it’s her wedding day. Miley then explains everything that happened. Sunny is shocked and questions whether she realizes the chaos their actions have caused in both families. Miley replies that her only thought was their love. Though upset, Sunny says what she did was wrong but insists there’s only one way to fix it. Taking her hand, he leads her into the temple and marries her in front of the deity. He then takes Miley to his home.
Upon seeing them, Sunny’s mother Geeta rushes out and begins sprinkling Ganga water on him, trying to purify him. Sunny firmly says if Miley isn’t welcome in their home, then he won’t stay either. Dilip furiously declares that due to what they’ve done, the doors of their home are permanently shut to both of them.
Back at Isha’s place, Gayatri visits her room—not as a boss or sister-in-law, but as one woman to another. She admits her tone is harsh, but her intentions are honest. She warns Isha that Om has a bad temper, no job, and a tendency to ruin things. Isha thanks her, saying now that she knows the truth, she’ll be more careful and knows how to handle Om. Unfortunately, Om hears only this part of the conversation and walks away, feeling betrayed.
After Gayatri leaves, Isha continues speaking, saying if Gayatri expected her to badmouth Om, she was mistaken. She believes Om is a kind-hearted person and holds no resentment toward him. Meanwhile, Om vents to Munna, disappointed that Isha seems to be siding with Gayatri. Munna suggests Om speak to Isha before jumping to conclusions. He also advises Om to keep control in the relationship, warning that women often try to take charge in marriage.
