The episode begins with Acharyaji starting the Ram Navami path at Ram Bhavan. Isha goes upstairs to fetch large vessels for the prashad preparation. While she’s alone, someone sprays a strange chemical in the air. Isha inhales it and immediately faints. Unaware of what’s going on, Gayatri’s sister quietly drags Isha’s unconscious body into a storage room and leaves her there. In the process, a piece of flower jewellery that Isha was making falls near the door of the room.
Meanwhile, Anjali searches for Isha in the kitchen but doesn’t find her. Concerned, she informs Om that Isha is missing. Om heads to the kitchen, puzzled, and then decides to check upstairs. There, he notices a piece of Isha’s flower jewellery outside a closed room. He enters the room and is shocked to find Isha unconscious on the floor. He immediately tries to wake her up.
Om carries Isha out and prepares to take her to the hospital. Gayatri intervenes and questions what’s happening. Om tells her that Isha is unwell and needs medical attention. Gayatri coldly responds that their leaving would spoil the Ram Navami celebration and accuses them of poor planning. Om, clearly frustrated, tells her he has no time for this nonsense and asks her to step aside.
Just then, Janki arrives and asks what happened. Isha slowly regains consciousness and insists she is fine. When they ask how she fainted, she says she had kept a fast for Ram Navami and maybe that’s the reason she collapsed. Om offers to bring her food, and Janki also urges her to break the fast, but Isha firmly refuses, saying it’s her first fast after marriage and she will complete it.
Gayatri immediately shifts focus and begins complaining about the Ram Navami jhanki (religious procession). She asks if any arrangements were made for it, worried that the event might flop. Om assigns Murari and a few others to find the jhanki team while he attends to something else. He also tells Janki to stay with Isha and care for her.
Later, Om returns and sees Isha back in the kitchen preparing prashad, despite Janki urging her to rest. Om tells both women to move to the hall and prepare the offerings in comfort, away from the heat of the kitchen.
On the other hand, Amitabh offers a ride to the jhanki group but cunningly drives them away from Ram Bhavan, misleading them. Murari tries but fails to find the group and informs Om. Om shares the bad news with Janki and Gayatri, who once again seizes the moment to taunt him and Isha, blaming them for the failed arrangements.
Janki, thinking quickly, suggests that Om and Isha dress up as Lord Ram and Goddess Sita for the jhanki. This way, they can still perform the ritual and save the celebration. Gayatri instantly objects, insisting that as the elder daughter-in-law, she should have been given this responsibility. Jagdish steps in and tells her to calm down, explaining that Om and Isha are newlyweds and it’s appropriate for them to take part. Gayatri is furious but has no choice but to stay quiet.
