The episode begins with Om telling Gayatri to stay near the door and not to barge in, explaining that since he is married now he values his privacy and she should knock before entering any room. Gayatri retorts by asking Om to behave. She then hands over a grocery list to Isha and instructs her to pay the family’s share for the shopping. Isha glances at the list and remarks that it must be a mistake because items like avocado, oolong tea, and dry fruits have never been seen in this house. She asks Om if he has ever used these items. Om laughs and replies that he can’t even spell those words, so it is impossible for him to have them. Isha explains that they will cover the cost of common household items only and not any personal items he might have. She requests that Gayatri revise the list and bring it back later. Om enjoys watching as Gayatri’s face flushes immediately at Isha’s response.
Later on, Isha is seen busy in the kitchen. Om’s mother tells Isha to let her handle the work since she feels that Isha has become lazy ever since she joined the household. Isha replies that she is not being lazy but is simply taking a rest. Shortly after, Gayatri enters Ram Bhavan accompanied by her friend and introduces her. She orders her mother-in-law to send their snacks upstairs into her room. Isha reassures her mother-in-law that she will make the arrangements. Isha then goes upstairs with the snacks and serves the food to Gayatri and her friend. One of Gayatri’s friends compliments Isha’s work, remarking that her maid is very capable. Gayatri smirks and clarifies that Isha is not their maid but is actually OM’s wife who replaced her sister after her sister ran away on their wedding day. Both Gayatri and her friend humiliate Isha, but she remains silent. Nearby, her mother-in-law stands holding some snacks, clearly upset by the harsh words. Later, Gayatri calls Isha to bring her some green tea.
After Isha leaves, Gayatri begins to talk about taking over Ram Bhavan and speeding up the necessary procedures. Soon enough, Isha returns and overhears something about Ram Bhavan that makes Gayatri and her friend momentarily uncomfortable. Isha pretends not to have listened at all, as she is busy with her earphones. Shortly after, Janki calls Isha to her room. Janki invites Isha to sit down and have tea, mentioning that she will soon be very busy with work and won’t have time to chat. Isha promises to wake up early, finish her chores, and then join her for tea every day. Janki gives Isha some sarees that she had received at her wedding. Isha, delighted with the gift, decides to keep some for Mala and Ragini and also for herself. Later, Acharya takes a walk on Ram Navami and tells Isha about how grandly they used to celebrate the festival in the past.
That night, when Om returns home, Isha tells him that she has something important to discuss. And with that, the episode ends.
