The episode begins with a cheerful mood at the office as Mala distributes sweets to celebrate Isha and Om’s wedding. Prabha congratulates Isha and happily notes how amazing it is that now three daughters-in-law from the same family work in the same office. Isha hugs Mala and calls her the best sister-in-law. Prabha, though cheerful, wonders aloud what things must be like at Isha’s in-laws’ house and whether everything is smooth there. Just then, Gayatri walks in and cuts off the conversation, saying everything is the same there as it is here. She adds that the office is not a place for gossip and tells everyone to focus on work. MD joins in, agreeing that there’s a lot of work to do today, especially because they have a party to organize. When Isha curiously asks what the party is about, MD says it’s a tradition in their office to host celebrations for their employees’ happiness—and this one is in Isha’s honor. He assigns Gayatri the responsibility of organizing the party and requests that she bring the entire family along. Seeing this, Gayatri thinks the party is a perfect opportunity to embarrass Om.
Later at home, Gayatri tells Acharya and Janki to get ready for the office party the next day, saying it’s MD Sir’s wish and she wants everyone to come. Acharya and Janki are surprised by this sudden change in Gayatri’s attitude. They recall how she never even let them set foot in the hotel before, and now she’s insisting they attend a party there.
Meanwhile, Om pulls Isha aside and says he wants to take her somewhere. Without saying much, he takes her to Sumitra’s house and explains that the party won’t feel complete unless they also invite Anjali and Ma. Isha is thrilled by this gesture and happily follows him inside. As they begin talking to Sumitra, Dilip arrives at the door. Isha is delighted to see him, and Dilip says that today even Mili will finally meet her sister. He then calls for Mili and Sunny to come inside. Hearing their names, Om immediately gets irritated. Sumitra notices his reaction and quickly stops Mili and Sunny at the door.
Sumitra tells Dilip that although she respects him like an elder brother, she can’t allow Mili and Sunny into her home after everything they’ve done. Isha gently tries to calm her down and asks her to sit and talk things out, but Sumitra firmly says she’s already made her decision and tells Isha to stay quiet. Om then tells Isha that if Mili steps into the house, he won’t stay there a moment longer. Dilip tries to reason with Om, saying he’s always been a sensible man. But despite that, Om and Sunny get into a heated argument that quickly turns into a physical fight in front of everyone. Isha and Mili rush in and manage to stop them.
Later, Om remains upset and refuses to eat dinner. That night, he quietly makes noodles for himself and Isha, then wakes her up to eat with him. Isha tries to explain that it’s difficult to forget relationships that are tied by blood, but Om responds that he only sees life in black and white and prefers keeping things straightforward.
The episode ends with tension still hanging in the air.
