Devika pays a visit to Chandrakant, who is pretending to be seriously ill in a hospital cabin. This act is all part of a larger scheme designed to earn sympathy from the Mittal family and ultimately drive a wedge between Teerth and Suman. The plan takes a dark turn when Vikram unexpectedly discovers the truth. Furious at being caught, Chandrakant physically attacks Vikram, but Devika quickly intervenes, reminding them to stay focused on their shared goal.
Soon after, Suman visits the cabin and mocks Chandrakant’s over-the-top performance, clearly seeing through the deception. However, as she leaves, she notices Vikram exiting the cabin in a suspicious manner. Her doubts grow, and she decides to report the matter to the police. Unfortunately, the authorities are hesitant to intervene, fearing the consequences if anything were to happen to Chandrakant while in custody.
Meanwhile, Akhil tries to open Suman’s eyes about Vikram’s true intentions, but she remains unconvinced. Just then, Vikram appears, and a heated confrontation follows. During the chaos, a nurse observes a strange wound on Vikram’s hand, suggesting he had injected himself with something dangerous.
The situation escalates further when the police arrive with a warrant to arrest Suman, acting on a false case filed by Gitanjali Devi, who has been manipulated by Devika. Suman refuses to leave the hospital, worried about Teerth’s condition. But just as the officers try to take her, Teerth comes out of his cabin and publicly stands up for her, vowing to protect her and punish those who plotted against them.
After the police leave, Teerth expresses his gratitude to Suman for safeguarding his father’s secret, still unaware of Chandrakant’s manipulation. Despite Suman’s attempts to reveal the truth, Teerth remains in denial, continuing to trust his father over everyone else.
