Suman performs the Gangaur Pooja with complete devotion, praying for her hospitalized husband Teerth’s recovery. Gitanjali Devi suddenly notices a venomous snake coiled around the idol in Suman’s hands and warns her to drop it, but Suman refuses, determined to finish her worship. Meanwhile at the hospital, Teerth begins waking up. The nurse alerts the doctors for emergency surgery. Among them, Vikram enters wearing a surgical mask, secretly planning to poison Teerth’s medication.
At the same time, Reva and Rishi reach the hospital and beg Akhil to let them see Teerth. He permits them to watch from outside, but they soon spot Vikram behaving strangely near the operating table. Sensing trouble, they rush in and stop Vikram from administering the poisoned injection. Their abrupt interruption angers the doctors who instruct the nurse to escort them out.
Back at the prayer ceremony, Suman continues her rituals despite Gitanjali Devi’s repeated warnings about the dangerous snake. Devika, who had hoped the snake would bite Suman, grows impatient when nothing happens. In desperation, she grabs a gun, pretending she wants to kill the snake but actually intending to shoot Suman. Both Gitanjali and Suman stop her, explaining the snake is a form of Lord Shiva.
Meanwhile at the hospital, the children expose Vikram’s evil plan, leaving Akhil stunned. Soon after, doctors inform the family that Teerth’s condition is worsening and they need his wife immediately. Suman’s mother runs to tell her. Hearing this, Suman is shocked but immediately leaves the pooja halfway and rushes to the hospital to be with her husband.
