The episode begins with Suman desperately trying to rescue both her mother and aunt, who are trapped inside a burning room. At the same time, Vikram has already set the fire with the plan of killing them both. As Hema and Malini cry out for help, Suman runs towards them, determined to save them, but she ends up getting trapped in the fire as well.
Seeing Suman in danger, Vikram panics. In a moment of fear, he rushes to save her, unintentionally revealing his hatred for Hema and Malini. Suman quickly connects the dots and realizes that Vikram has been working alongside Devika to cause all this chaos. When Vikram confesses that he loves her deeply, Suman is shocked and furious. She slaps him hard and demands to know why he’s been doing such terrible things.
Vikram opens up his heart to Suman, admitting that he’s madly in love with her. He says he did everything out of jealousy, as she always chose Teerth over him. Watching Suman and Teerth together made him feel helpless, and in his obsession, he took the wrong path. Vikram believes that now, with Teerth about to marry Kritika, Suman should accept his love. But Suman firmly declares that her love for Teerth will never end — not even with her last breath. No one can separate them.
Meanwhile, Kritika grows anxious to marry Teerth. She’s scared that something might go wrong again. Both Kritika and Devika urge Teerth to begin the wedding rituals immediately. But Teerth refuses — he’s not ready to marry Kritika unless he knows for sure that Suman is safe. However, no one tells him the truth — that Suman is out risking her life to protect her family.
Finally, Suman manages to call Teerth. Her voice is emotional and filled with pain as she tells him to go ahead and marry Kritika. Devika pushes harder for the marriage to happen quickly, but Teerth senses that something is off. Suman’s tone doesn’t feel right to him.
What Teerth doesn’t know is that Suman is under Vikram’s control. He has captured her family, and she’s speaking under pressure. To keep her loved ones safe, Suman tells Teerth again to marry Kritika.
Secretly, Suman pretends to agree to Vikram’s proposal. She lies to him, saying she wants to speak with her family about the relationship. While pretending to do so, she cleverly cuts the ropes tying Hema and Malini’s hands, trying to free them without getting caught.
Back at the wedding venue, Teerth looks around for Akhil and realizes he’s missing. Once again, he stops the wedding, refusing to go ahead with it.
