The episode begins with the Haldi ceremony taking place at the Mittal house. Everyone is preparing for the wedding, as Kritika is being forced to marry Teerth again. Kritika, hoping to start things positively, tries to apply haldi (turmeric paste) on Teerth’s face. However, just as she moves closer, Suman enters, and by accident, the haldi gets smeared on Suman’s face instead.
As the ritual continues, Devika pulls Teerth towards Kritika, but in doing so, a photo of Suman slips out of Teerth’s pocket. The photo had been kept with great care, which shocks everyone. Suman is touched to see this, realizing that Teerth still has feelings for her. Kritika and Devika are stunned. Devika even tries to tear the photo apart, but Teerth stops her from doing so.
Suman quietly thanks Teerth for still valuing their bond and lovingly applies haldi on his face herself. Devika, furious that Teerth didn’t support Kritika, becomes determined to make the wedding happen faster. She suddenly announces in front of all the guests that the wedding will now take place the very next day. But Suman stands her ground and doesn’t fear the declaration. Teerth, under pressure, says he has to marry Kritika, but Suman confidently promises that she won’t let this wedding happen. She vows to stop it by any means necessary.
Later, Suman feels heartbroken because Teerth hasn’t stood by her. She finds a quiet spot and cries alone. Akhil finds her and encourages her to stay strong, reminding her that they still have a lot to do.
Out of the blue, Bhoomi walks in and declares that Vikram is going to marry her. Vikram is shocked and embarrassed by the sudden announcement, especially because he hadn’t planned to reveal the news yet. Suman is surprised too but starts to doubt whether Vikram truly loves her sister. Vikram notices her suspicious expressions and realizes that Suman has started to question his intentions.
Meanwhile, Rishi questions his father, Teerth, about why he is marrying someone else instead of staying with Suman. Teerth tries to explain the situation, but Rishi is heartbroken and refuses to understand. He had hoped his parents would be together, but now he feels betrayed.
Akhil, on the other hand, is shattered to hear about Bhoomi’s engagement. Unable to hold back his emotions any longer, he finally confesses that he has always loved Kritika. Hearing this, Suman promises that she will do everything she can to unite Akhil and Kritika. Akhil then assures her that he will take good care of Bhoomi, showing that he truly wants happiness for everyone.
