Suman loses all her evidence against Chandrakant after Vikram deletes the videos she had secretly recorded in his office, where he had forced her to hold a gun. Even after this betrayal, Vikram returns with a pleasant demeanor, encouraging Suman to stay focused on her mission. Bhoomi tells her that if Teerth confesses to the police, it would be enough to get Chandrakant arrested. But when Suman and Bhoomi step outside to meet Teerth, who was waiting in the car, they’re shocked to find he’s disappeared.
At the hospital, Suman spots Teerth standing in silence. He admits he can’t bring himself to speak to the police. Surprised by his sudden hesitation, Suman suspects he’s either been threatened or manipulated. Refusing to give up, she insists Teerth can’t back down now. After Suman and Bhoomi leave, Teerth breaks down in front of Akhil, overwhelmed with guilt over failing to protect his love. Akhil promises he won’t let his brother suffer another defeat.
Bhoomi becomes more upset with Teerth’s behavior, hurt that he continues to put his family above his relationship. Meanwhile, Suman decides to fight this battle alone, driven by her deep faith in their love. She reveals another copy of the deleted footage saved on a pendrive, shocking Vikram. Trying to deflect, Vikram urges her to file a case against Teerth as well, but Suman refuses to turn against her husband. When Vikram panics after seeing the video and quickly makes a phone call, Suman begins to question his true motives.
Later, in the parking lot, Akhil meets Suman and tells her the truth: Teerth is again under pressure from his mother, Geetanjali Devi, who even attempted suicide to prevent him from going to the authorities. She demanded that Teerth end his relationship with Suman to save Chandrakant. Suman begins to understand just how emotionally blackmailed Teerth has been. Now left broken, Teerth is filled with resentment toward his parents. In her desperation to protect her husband, Geetanjali Devi has once more destroyed her son’s happiness, leaving Teerth heartbroken.
