The episode begins with Devika trying to call Vikram for help, but to her surprise, Suman picks up the phone instead. Vikram quickly pretends he has no connection with Devika and acts like he barely knows her. Suman, however, is not convinced by Vikram’s behavior. Though she doesn’t confront him directly, she starts suspecting something is definitely off between him and Devika. She also questions Vikram about whether he visited the laboratory recently, but he lies and says he hasn’t. Suman subtly warns him, saying that even a small threat to her family will not be tolerated.
Later, Suman and Akhil decide to visit the laboratory together. While traveling, Suman becomes emotional, remembering Teerth and their past. She struggles to accept that Teerth could love or marry someone else. As they talk, Akhil expresses his suspicion toward Vikram, who pretends to be just a friend of Suman. Suman starts to connect all the incidents in her mind—she realizes Vikram was trying to tamper with the test reports, and he was the only one who knew where the samples were sent.
Eventually, they reach the hospital to confirm their doubts. Suman storms in and threatens the receptionist, saying she will expose the hospital’s illegal activities if they don’t cooperate. Afraid of Suman’s warning, the receptionist reveals shocking news—Devika and Kritika used to secretly visit the hospital. What’s more surprising is that Guru also came there to meet Kritika in secret. Both Suman and Akhil are left in shock.
Meanwhile, Suman receives a call from her son Rishi. He informs her that the Haldi ceremony has started at the Mittal house and expresses his fear of losing his father forever. But Suman promises him she won’t let the wedding happen and they rush back home.
Back at the Mittal house, Hema decides to tell Bhoomi the truth about Vikram. But Bhoomi refuses to hear anything negative about the man she loves. At that moment, Vikram himself walks in. His loud and commanding tone scares Bhoomi, and once again, he pretends to be deeply in love with her. He even proposes to her with a ring, turning the entire situation around. His act is so convincing that Bhoomi becomes emotional and says yes to his proposal. Her trust in him grows even stronger.
As the priest calls for the groom to begin the Haldi ceremony, Guru notices something odd—Teerth is missing from his room. Kritika and Devika become nervous, fearing that Teerth has run away from the marriage once again. Chandrakant also asks his wife Gitanjali about their son, but even she doesn’t know where he is or why he’s missing the ceremony.
Elsewhere, Teerth sits alone in a quiet place, holding a photograph of his true love, Suman. He talks to himself, saying he never wanted to hurt her, but he has no other option left but to marry Kritika. At that moment, Gitanjali finds him and walks into the room. She gently insists that Teerth come with her for the ceremony.
