Hema calls Suman with terrible news – Teerth’s condition has turned critical. Heart pounding, Suman races to the hospital. Meanwhile, Devika pushes Chandrakant to act against Suman. Overcome with anger, Chandrakant decides to kill her.
In the hospital room, doctors battle to keep Teerth alive as he fights for each breath. Suman sprints through the streets, painful memories of Teerth flashing through her mind. At the same time, Akhil questions Vikram about sneaking into the operating room. Vikram breaks down, admitting he tried to kill Teerth during surgery, terrified Suman will hate him if she discovers the truth.
As Suman approaches the hospital, Chandrakant speeds his car toward her, but she barely dodges it. Recognizing him, she refuses to stop, focused only on reaching Teerth. Inside the room, she desperately calls Teerth’s name, but he doesn’t respond. Then his breathing stops completely. The doctor pronounces him dead, shocking everyone. Suman and Teerth’s mother beg the doctors to try again, unable to accept his death.
Suddenly, Teerth’s heart begins beating again. The doctors rush everyone out to resume treatment. Geetanjali Devi calls this Suman’s miracle, crediting her prayers to Gangaur Devi. Meanwhile, Vikram confesses to Devika about his attempt on Teerth’s life. Devika slaps him in rage for acting without orders.
Later, doctors confirm Teerth is stable, praising Suman’s faith. But Chandrakant refuses to accept this and slaps Suman – only for her to shove him back. Akhil then exposes Vikram’s crime, but Vikram denies it. Shockingly, Rishi and Reva back Vikram’s lies, having been threatened into silence.
Heartbroken, Suman misunderstands Akhil, while Chandrakant screams at her for accusing his son. When Suman tries to reveal Chandrakant’s crimes, Akhil and Geetanjali Devi don’t believe her. Suddenly, Chandrakant clutches his chest – the doctor confirms he’s having a heart attack.
