The episode begins with Maasi asking Vasudha what kind of work she knows how to do. Vasudha replies that she’s good at cooking, so Maasi assigns her kitchen duties starting the next day. When asked about Devansh’s skills, Vasudha says he knows farming. Maasi seems doubtful, saying Devansh doesn’t look like a farmer. Vasudha defends him, calling him a very hardworking man. Later, Devansh pulls Vasudha aside and panics, questioning why she said he knows farming when he has no clue about it. He worries about being asked to work on the farm.
Maasi then tells Devansh that he’ll have to take care of farming from now on, explaining that Vikram, Divya’s brother, is unable to manage it because he’s focused on his fitness routines. She also tells Avinash that there’s no room for him in the house, so he must stay and work in the cowshed. Avinash accepts this without complaint, and Maasi takes Divya to the kitchen.
Avinash later complains to Vasudha about not getting the chance to speak with Divya and now being forced to live in the cowshed. Vasudha advises him to stop staring at Divya. When Devansh teases Avinash about the cowshed, Vasudha reminds him that he doesn’t know farming either. Devansh, trying to defend himself, says he has seen many movies about farming.
Just then, Divya arrives with tea and expresses her surprise that they actually came. Devansh remarks that since she is Chauhan’s future daughter-in-law, they can do anything for her. Vasudha reminds them they don’t have much time. Divya warns that winning over her father won’t be easy since he’s very strict and adds that they haven’t even met Vikram yet.
Meanwhile, Avinash goes to the terrace and finds Vikram working out. When he touches Divya’s hand, Vikram grabs him by the neck and warns him to stay away. Devansh and Vasudha rush to rescue Avinash, but Vikram shoves him aside and tells Divya to keep her distance from them as well.
Elsewhere, Sarika tells Karishma that she doesn’t believe Avinash planned any surprise. She suspects that Avinash lied and told her not to tell anyone where he was. Karishma pretends not to care about him.
Back at the house, Kavita sees Chandrika cooking and questions her about not hiring help. Chandrika insists they should handle household chores themselves since Vasudha isn’t around. Kavita then asks if Vasudha will stay there after Karishma and Avinash get married and says she’s taking Vasudha to her own house. Karishma, who overhears this, is pleased as it aligns with her intentions. Chandrika then questions Kavita about what will happen if Karishma doesn’t get along with Devansh’s wife. Karishma claims she has no issue with Vasudha and even apologizes to Chandrika on Kavita’s behalf.
Later, Maasi shows Devansh and Vasudha their room and then leaves. Divya offers to have Vasudha sleep in her room instead and takes her away. Devansh and Avinash take the opportunity to change clothes and video call Chandrika. During the call, Karishma tells Avinash to come back soon, saying she misses him.
Meanwhile, Surya becomes suspicious when he sees Divya taking Vasudha to her room and accuses her of hiding something.
