The episode begins with Ruhi comforting Daksh, assuring him that Rohit will wake up and finish the story for him and Pookie, as he wouldn’t leave things unfinished. Abhira stays close, offering her support to Daksh. Meanwhile, Vidya desperately pleads with Rohit to wake up, convinced he is merely pretending. Manisha and Kajal try to console her as she breaks down in grief. Vidya urges Manisha to call the chorus gang, believing that their presence might bring Rohit back. However, the doctors intervene, stating that Rohit needs to be moved, but Vidya stubbornly refuses to let them take him.

Armaan, struggling with his own emotions, attempts to reach Rohit but is advised by the doctor to rest. He refuses to listen, unable to hold back his grief. When Abhira learns of Armaan’s state, she rushes to stop him, but Armaan insists that if he can’t see Rohit, he’ll walk away from everyone. Seeing the pain in his eyes, Abhira decides to take him to see Rohit. By the time they arrive, however, Vidya informs them that the doctors have already moved Rohit. A doctor then hands over Rohit’s clothes to Ruhi, which leaves her visibly shaken.

Armaan, devastated, collapses beside Rohit’s bed, unable to fathom the reality that his brother is gone. He recalls the memories they shared, including the time when Rohit used to ride on his shoulders. Overwhelmed with emotion, Armaan cries out in anguish, questioning why he was the only one who survived when all three were injured. His grief intensifies as he processes the loss of both his mother, Shivani, and his brother. Charu, Krish, Aryan, and Kiara stand by him, offering their support during his breakdown.

The news devastates both the Poddars and the Goenkas. Swarna frantically searches for Vidya, who is still inconsolable. Manisha pleads with her to see Rohit one last time, but Kaveri intervenes, insisting no mother should witness such a painful moment. Manisha, unable to contain her emotions, collapses in Kaveri’s arms. Madhav, torn between mourning the loss of both Shivani and Rohit, stands helpless. Manoj gently advises him to allow himself to grieve and process the situation. He also asks Abhira whether RK will attend Shivani’s last rites. Abhira replies that she’s tried calling but has received no response. With no one else stepping forward, Armaan decides to take charge and perform the rites for both Shivani and Rohit.

Abhira quietly asks Armaan if he’s okay, and though he admits he’s not, he expresses his determination to do what needs to be done. She remains by his side, offering comfort and helping him through the difficult task. Vidya, still lost in her sorrow, struggles to cope with the loss. Ruhi joins Armaan and the others as they prepare for the cremation. Kaveri instructs Kiara and Charu to stay close to Ruhi and offer her strength. Abhira, however, can’t shake the guilt from her mind. The doctor’s words echo in her head—saying that saving even one life would be a miracle—and she feels responsible for only praying for Armaan in that moment.

As the emotional tension builds, Ruhi suddenly goes missing, leaving both Abhira and Armaan in a panic as they search for her, unsure of what’s happening next.
